The eldest of the Gosselin sextuplets made an unplanned cameo in Kate’s August 9 video, which showed the 50-year-old former “Jon & Kate Plus 8” star preparing lunch for her work shift as a nurse. The sweet interaction between mother and daughter offered fans a glimpse into their current relationship.

In the TikTok clip, Alexis walked through the kitchen while Kate was preparing a salad. As her daughter prepared to leave the house, Kate’s maternal instincts were on full display.
“Ride carefully, and text me when you get there, please,” Kate told Alexis. Her daughter’s response was simple but touching: “Love you!”
