On July 25, Shibre hit Instagram with a throwback clip of himself partying with Hogan. Also at the event was Deem, who let loose on the dance floor with the WWE legend.

“Hulk Hogan was my hero growing up, and getting to meet him and his amazing family meant the world to me,” Shibre captioned the post. “I have nothing but love and gratitude for his impact on my life. My condolences to his family at this time.”

Deem also shared a photo of herself with Hogan during an event. Both were all smiles as they posed for the camera.

“WE LOVE YOU ALWAYS,” the “90 Day Fiance” alum wrote. “GOD BLESS HIS FAMILY AND GIVE THEM STRENGTH. NO WORDS CAN SAY ENOUGH.”

WWE Honors Hulk Hogan

Meanwhile, WWE honored Hogan on this week’s episode of “SmackDown.” During the opening segment, several WWE stars and personnel stood at the top of the entrance ramp, per Variety.

“Ladies and gentlemen, yesterday we lost one of the biggest and most globally recognized icons in the world,” WWE chief content officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque said. ” A man I grew up watching, was fortunate enough to share the ring with, and like so many of us were honored to call a friend.”

Triple H continued:

“The truth is, he captivated millions of people and inspired them around the globe. We would not be standing here right now, all of us together, if it was not for him.”

Then, the crowd stood in silence as a ten-bell salute rang out in the arena. It was followed by a highlight reel of Hogan’s successful career in WWE.

Hogan held the WWE Heavyweight Championship six times over the course of his legendary career. His first title win came against The Iron Sheik. Throughout the years, he faced off against some of the biggest names in wrestling, including Andre the Giant, Roddy Piper, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

On Thursday, Hogan passed away from cardiac arrest, according to TMZ. Emergency responders treated him outside his Florida home before transporting him to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
