Former ‘Voice’ Mentor Posts Gushing Tribute to Husband

Singer Meghan Trainor has posted a gushing anniversary tribute to her husband Daryl Sabara on her Instagram page.

“8 years of love, 6 years of magic, 4 years of making perfect, beautiful babies. This life we’ve built together is truly unbelievable,” the former mentor on “The Voice” wrote, sharing a photo showing her with her husband and their two kids. She was also a mentor on “American Idol.“

“And we’ve only just begun. You were made for me and I know it when I look at our boys Riley and Barry. You make me laugh harder than I’ve ever laughed. You take care of me,” Trainor added in the post.

“You give me all of your love and energy and light. You are so special and rare in this world and I can’t believe I GET TO LIVE LIFE WITH YOU AS MY SOULMATE/PARTNER/BESTIE. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE HONOR AND A PRIVILEGE LIVING LIFE WITH MY HAND IN YOURS. I love you @darylsabara too much it’s aggressive. ❤️ Happy 6 year anniversary my love,” she continued.

According to People, Trainor met Sabara, a “Spy Kids” actor, in 2016 and they married in 2018 one year after their engagement.

During an episode of Apple Music Hits’ “Dirty Radio with Meghan Trainor,” he said he fell in love at first sight with her, People reported.

“It all happened when you first walked in the room on that double date and it was this ease just came over me, like there she is. I never knew that I would get married and then when I saw you, it just flashed before my eyes,” he said on the show, according to People.

Trainor was a mentor on season 25 of “The Voice,” according to NBC.
