‘The Voice’ Instant Save: How to Vote for Your Favorite Artist

During the May 13 episode of “The Voice,” fans will have one more opportunity to vote before the season 27 finale.

One singer who does not make it into the top four will gain a spot in the finale thanks to winning the “Instant Save” round.

Unlike the overnight voting opportunity provided with the May 12 semi-finals episode, the Instant Save voting window will be very short. Fans will want to be prepared to vote quickly if their favorite singer is at risk of heading home.

Semi-Finalists Will Battle for the 5th Spot in the Finale

As the May 13 live show gets rolling, 12 contestants will still be angling for a spot in the season 27 finale.

According to NBC, the four singers who received the most votes during the overnight viewer voting window will learn their fate during the May 13 show. After that, the other eight singers will hope to earn the viewers’ votes and win the Instant Save.

NBC teases that “some” artists will be eligible for the Instant Save. The site notes that the “remaining” artists after the top four are announced will “compete for the Instant Save, with one Artist winning it.”

Viewers will have to be quick to have a say in which singer becomes the fifth finalist. “A five-minute voting window will open up during the live episode,” NBC reveals. “You will vote for the Instant Save during that window,” the site added.

‘The Voice’ Viewers Can Vote Via 1 Method

As with the overnight voting, “The Voice” fans have two ways to cast their vote. Voting is available online, as well as via the show’s app.

However, for the Instant Save, fans can only vote via one method. “The limit is one vote per email address regardless of login method for the Instant Save,” NBC indicated.

“The Voice” fans who want to vote online need to log in with their registered address and vote during the Instant Save window on NBC’s “The Voice” Vote page.

Fans who prefer to vote via the show’s app can download it via the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

According to Yahoo! Entertainment, the first hour of the May 13 show will be a recap of the May 12 performances. The second hour will be the results episode. This is when the top four will be revealed. At that stage, viewers can vote on the Instant Save to determine the fifth finalist for season 27.
