The five singers competing in the season 27 finale of “The Voice” were revealed during the May 13 episode. The semi-finals episode revealed the top four finalists, and the Instant Save voting by the viewers gave a fifth singer a finale spot as well.
After the episode ended, many “The Voice” finalists and semi-finalists shared their thoughts via social media.
‘The Voice’ Finalists Are Thrilled
John Legend’s team is represented in the finale of “The Voice” by Renzo, whose full name is Dennis Lorenzo. He took to Instagram and shared, “TOP 5!!! I’M GOING TO THE FINALE.”
Renzo continued, “Thank you to everyone who voted and has believed in me, it’s been a long journey and it means the world.”
Lucia Flores-Wiseman is another finalist for season 27 of “The Voice,” representing Adam Levine’s team. She shared a video on her Instagram page and wrote, “What is my life right now?!“
Flores-Wiseman continued, “Oh my gosh, thanks to each and every person who voted for me to the Top 5 on The Voice! I am seriously so grateful and feel so privileged to be at this point!”
She added, “To the Top 12, you all are insanely talented and I am so honored to have become your friend!”
Michael Buble’s team member Jadyn Cree also made it to the May 19 finale. She shared several photos and videos via Instagram and wrote, “Thank you guys so much I can’t even BEGIN to thank you guys enough.”
Cree continued, “I’m so surprised and so excited and AHHHHH WE’RE GOING TO THE FINALE OH MY GOODNESS you guys are seriously the best and I hope I can make you guys proud.”
Eliminated Semi-Finalists Teased Upcoming Plans
Instant Save winner Adam David, who is also Team Buble, took a video while on stage during what seemed to be a commercial break while the Instant Save voting window was open. He encouraged everybody to vote for him, which they did in droves.
Fans commented on the results and David’s big win.
One comment read, “Superstar. You did it. Screaming and crying!”
Another fan wrote, “Omg!!!! Congratulations! America got it right, and I’m thrilled you’re going to the finale! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥”
Eliminated “The Voice” contestant Conor James posted a video on Instagram and teased, “What’s next is SO MUCH.”
Alanna Lynise, who surprised fans with pregnancy news in her return to “The Voice,” shared a photo in her Instagram Stories. She stood on stage and cradled her baby bump while holding up a peace sign with her other hand. She wrote, “And that’s a wrap!”
Another eliminated Top 12 contestant, Kolby Cordell, shared a couple of slides after the show via his Instagram Stories. One read, “Voice gone can’t talk but feel free to text or DM TOMORROW I WILL ADDRESS EVERYTHING ND EVERYONE BUT OVERALL I LOVE YALL TO MY NEW FANS ND THE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN HERE STAY TUNED.”
Cordell also shared a few Instagram Stories from fans who were disappointed he did not receive a spot in the Top 5.
Gratitude Was a Common Theme
Olivia Kuper Harris shared via Instagram, “Tonight was wild.” She continued, “I have so much gratitude. Thank you all so much for supporting me.”
She added, “The relationships I’ve formed, the artists I’ve met, the incredible creative team and production that I’ve had the opportunity to work with, and the overwhelming community support…🤍🤍🤍Right now I have no more words, but I’ll find them by tomorrow lol!”
Another eliminated contestant, Iris Herrera, noted that the evening was “Incredible, intense, and awe inspiring.”
Herrera added, “I’m so lucky to have been apart (sic) of szn27. Top 12 you have a very special place in my heart. This is only the beginning. ❤️”
She continued, “I leave the voice stage humble and full of love and gratitude. I’m so proud of myself for being vulnerable and putting myself out there the way I have! This experience is the gift that keeps on giving. I truly put so much into this project and I can’t wait for what’s next. 🫶 Stay tuned.”
