Not all superheroes wear capes; some show up with the kindest gesture. Ariana Grande just brought an extra dose of joy to one young fan’s day. The beloved “The Voice” coach sent a special care package to 9-year-old Brielle Bird, a young influencer who has been bravely sharing her stage 4 cancer journey online.

Squishmallows, Pink Goodies & All Things ‘Wicked’
“Today’s package is the best one yet. It’s from my favorite person in the whole wide world, Ariana Grande,” she said with a huge smile.

Brielle unwrapped a pink tumbler and six Squishmallows, including plush versions of Elphaba, Glinda, the Scarecrow, Tin Man, Cowardly Lion & the Wizard.
“It’s the Wicked Witch of the West, but it’s Elphaba,” Brie said, referring to the character portrayed by Cynthia Erivo. “She’s pretty kind in the movie. The wizard? He is not smart. He wants to stop animals from talking, and I think that’s crazy.”
Other thoughtful surprises included a bunny plush dressed like Glinda, a Cloud perfume bottle, two makeup bags, a box of nail polish, and several R.E.M. beauty products from Ariana’s own line.
A Personal Message From Ariana Grande Herself
But the most touching moment came with a personal video from the “Eternal Sunshine” singer herself.
“Hi Brie! It’s Ariana,” she said warmly. “Your mom told me that you are a fan of Wicked and of Glinda’s, so I was inspired to put together this little care package for you. I hope you love it. My personal favorite part is the Squishmallows—they’re very comfy and cute.”
Ariana then praised Brielle as “the most amazing, most inspiring little light beam in this universe.”
“You’re just incredible,” she added. “Thank you for being you and I’m sending you so much love and many, many, many virtual hugs.” Ariana has been following Brie’s cancer journey and has shown love in her Instagram posts. In one, Grande also commented: “i love you, sweet amazing girl ! ♡ 💕 !”

While Brielle’s strength continues to inspire her thousands of followers, Ariana’s thoughtful gesture gave the young fan something to smile about during a difficult time.
The sweet exchange has already sparked an outpouring of love from fans, with many praising Ariana’s kindness and calling the video “pure magic.”
