Adam Levine may be known for scouting stars on “The Voice,” but now he and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are hoping to attract a different kind of buyer. It’s probably the one with $65 million to spare.
According to The Architectural Digest, the Maroon 5 frontman and his supermodel wife have officially listed their stunning Montecito estate, and given their past real estate deals with stars like Ellen DeGeneres, John Mayer, Ben Affleck, and Jennifer Garner, another A-lister might just be next in line.

Per Architectural Digest, “Their new abode was too special to resist, and such an exciting opportunity,” the rep said. “As a result, they decided to list their home and begin developing this new property over the next year.”
The family’s next chapter will unfold in a charming 1919 Spanish-style ranch located closer to their children’s school. The estate features multiple guesthouses, a barn, and horse stables — a true Southern California retreat with vintage charm.

As per PageSix, the couple purchased the now-listed Montecito property in 2022 for $52 million. Built in 2009 for actor Rob Lowe, the 11,500-square-foot Georgian-style mansion was famously featured in Architectural Digest the following year.
Levine and Prinsloo enlisted Clements Design — their go-to AD100 design firm — to lend the home a fresh, timeless feel. The nine-bedroom, 14-bathroom home features a calming, natural aesthetic and a soothing color palette.
Prinsloo once revealed that Levine plays an active role in their design projects: “Adam usually takes the driver’s seat in making design decisions,” she said in a 2021 AD home tour. “He stays up all night looking at furniture and houses. He should be an interior designer himself.”
