Is Dale Moss on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 10?

For fans of “The Bachelor” nation, Dale Moss’s appearance on Season 16 of “The Bachelorette” had everything that you could want in a dating show. After meeting, they quickly fell head over heels for each other and announced their engagement just 12 days later, or four episodes into the season.

The chemistry between them was undeniable, and they seemed so confident in their love for each other. When their relationship ended the following year, those who had rooted for the couple were devastated. Now, five years later, Moss is making his return to the franchise with “Bachelor in Paradise.”

Dale Moss Joined the Show to ‘See What’s Out There’

For Moss, joining “Bachelor in Paradise” was something he felt he had to do after splitting from his last girlfriend, Galey Alix, in October 2024. “I kind of want to just escape,” he told People. “And I also know at the end of the day, meeting someone is very important to me. So I’m just open.”

“I can definitely say that in the past, and this is where I’ve grown a lot, I would shut down for really long times after a relationship,” he continued. “I’ve realized that that is not always the healthiest of things. And I had a great relationship with a great woman and we just couldn’t close a gap. And [there is] so much respect there. So I think at some point, you’ve gotta take a step and see what’s there, and I think that’s what I’m doing.”

He also feels he has matured a lot since being on “The Bachelorette,” and he’s much more aware of what he’s looking for.

“I’ve learned a lot more about boundaries. And also, going into this, I know who I am. I know what type of woman I want, and I’m not really trying to impress anyone.”

Going on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ is Moss’s Way of Healing

Moss’s split with Crawley came across as acrimonious, with Crawley later saying on “The Ben And Ashley I. Almost Famous” podcast that their relationship was “tumultuous” and “crushed my spirit.” His next relationship, with HGTV’s Alix, lasted two and a half years. The two met after Alix slid into his DMs. But he’s clear that joining “Bachelor in Paradise” doesn’t mean he has any bitterness towards her or the end of their relationship.

“I think ultimately, [in] a good relationship, you just want the other person to succeed and be happy,” he said. “That’s how I feel for my last relationship, and that’s the ultimate. It’s never black and white. But I will say that I’m grateful for that relationship, and you never know what can happen in the future. But right now, I think it’s each person’s responsibility to try to heal themselves.”
