Former “The Bachelor” star and “Dancing with the Stars” contestant Matt James just celebrated a birthday, and his final rose recipient Rachael Kirkconnell was right by his side. In honor of his big day, she took to her Instagram page to hype up her man.
Fans have been eager to see engagement news from the couple, who met on season 25 of “The Bachelor.” James has talked about seeing an engagement in their future. However, so far, Kirkconnell and fans continue to wait.

On December 5, Kirkconnell posted a video and sweet caption on her Instagram page.
Kirkconnell wrote, “Happiest of birthdays to my best friend, my teammate, my sous chef, the man that has my whole heart.”
She continued, “You fill it (and my tummy) with so much love and laughter and I’m so thankful I get to dance through this life with you.”
“Thank you for your never ending love and support and smooches and snuggles. To many more adventures, happy birthday my pumpkin,” Kirkconnell concluded.
The video Kirkconnell included in her Instagram post was a montage of moments she has shared with James throughout their relationship. The pair has traveled extensively, and the video was filled with a lot of love and laughter.
James commented on Kirkconnell’s video, “I’m your pumpkin!? 🥹🎃 i love you too chicken.”
