“Bachelor in Paradise” Season 10 Week 1 Cast
ABC/Disney

Who Goes Home First on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 10?

It’s back, again: “Bachelor in Paradise.” And this time, it’s ditching Mexico for a brand-new beach in Costa Rica. Yep, Season 10 premieres tonight (July 7, 2025) at 8 p.m. ET on ABC, and while the palm trees might look different, the vibes? Still absolute chaos. As always, the franchise is tossing a bunch of familiar faces into a heatwave of forced mingling, strategic roses, and sunburned feelings. The first rose ceremony hasn’t even aired yet, but if you’re the kind of fan who likes a little preview with your spicy margarita, we’ve got you covered.

WARNING: This post contains spoilers for “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 10, Episode 1, “Day One in Paradise.”

The First Cuts Are the Deepest

The women get the first round of rose power (Distractify); which already tells you this season isn’t playing around. The cast is stacked with Bachelor Nation vets and even a few crossover moments, but that doesn’t mean everyone’s staying long enough to unpack their sunscreen.

Here’s who’s expected to snag roses: Jess gives hers to Spencer, Bailey to Jeremy, Kat to Dale, Lexi to Justin, Zoe to Brian, and Alexe to Jonathan. That leaves four guys out in the sand without a rose; or a return ticket to the beach.

The first eliminations of the season? Say goodbye to Sam McKinney, Kyle Howard, Hakeem Moulton, and Ricky Marinez.

Honestly, these early exits always feel a little brutal. You fly all the way to paradise, maybe get 15 seconds of screen time, and then boom… back on a plane with nothing but bug bites and regret. Harsh.

What It Means for the Drama Ahead

Losing four guys right off the bat sets the tone: if you’re not making a connection fast, you’re toast. That puts extra pressure on the Week 2 roses (which we expect will be handed out by the men) and clears the path for incoming contestants to really shake things up.

And shake things up they will. Distractify also notes that several women are joining the cast soon, including Susie Evans, Jill Chin, Parisa Shifteh, and Alli Jo Hinkes. Meanwhile, Cosmopolitan reports a couple of “Golden Bachelor” alums are supposed to be on the way, ready to serve looks and stir up generational tension.

If these spoilers pan out, the show’s already living up to its Season 10 glow-up hype. New location, new drama, and the same old “will you accept this rose?” stress. Let’s be real; someone’s getting dumped before they even get a tan.
