The wait is over—“Bachelor in Paradise” is back with a fresh batch of hopefuls, a splash of Golden drama, and an all-new summer schedule. Season 10 premieres Monday, July 7 on ABC, and we’ve got the full breakdown on when to watch and how to stream.
When Does ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ 2025 Air?
After taking a brief hiatus, “Bachelor in Paradise” is returning for season 10—and this time, it’s bringing a new level of drama to the beach. The steamy spinoff premieres Monday, July 7, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. New episodes will air every Monday at the same time for the rest of the summer.
However, there’s one exception to the Monday night rule: the cast members from “The Golden Bachelor” and “The Golden Bachelorette” won’t arrive until Tuesday, July 15—the only episode airing on a different day. Expect sparks, surprises, and plenty of age-gap moments when the Golden crew hits the sand.
Jesse Palmer returns as host, with Wells Adams once again serving up drinks (and unsolicited advice) from behind the bar. And this season, Adams will be joined by Bachelor Nation royalty Hannah Brown, who’s heading up “Paradise Relations” from the new Champagne Lounge.
Where to Watch Without Cable
Worried about missing the love triangles and surprise eliminations? Don’t be. There are several easy ways to watch “Bachelor in Paradise” live—even if you’ve cut the cord.
To stream new episodes live on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET, you’ll need access to ABC. You can tune in using a digital antenna (depending on your area), or with a live TV subscription through platforms like Hulu + Live TV or DirecTV Stream.
Prefer to avoid spoilers and stream the next morning? You can catch new episodes on Hulu’s basic ad-supported tier starting the day after they air. Just beware of social media—it’s a minefield for Monday night spoilers.
