Gerry Turner Gushes About Major Change in His Life

Former “Golden Bachelor” Gerry Turner is gushing on Instagram about a major change in his life.

Turner revealed in an Instagram post that he has spent the last two months in Mexico.

Turner, who is from Indiana, used the post to tout a hearing aid brand, although he shared a series of photos showing him hiking and enjoying the outdoors.

“Going into my second month in Mexico, I realize the hot, rugged, dusty conditions found away from the Bay have no effect on my Audibel hearing aids,” Turner wrote.

Turner made it clear in the January 30 post that he was enjoying the time in Mexico.

“When everyone else is awe-struck by the silence of nature, my Audibel hearing aids allow me to hear the rustle of coatimundi in the underbrush, catching a glimpse of the animal no one else sees,” he wrote.

On January 23, Turner posted another series of photos in Mexico, showing him on a boat and the beach.

“My Audibel hearing aids are a marvel of modern technology!! While sailing, or just working on the boat here in San Carlos Mexico, I never worry about the water splashing on them. They are fully waterproof!! That’s just amazing to me. And, look at how discreet they are. If i hadn’t pointed them out would you have missed them completely?” he wrote. “So in El Tomate Bay, in the shadows of Tetakowi, I can hear the chirp of every seagull as I relax with my Cerveza.”

Gerry Turner’s Ex-Wife Theresa Nist Is Posting Cooking Videos

For her part, Turner’s ex-wife Theresa Nist seems happy back at home in New Jersey, where she has been posting cooking videos to her Instagram page, revealing that she follows the Mediterranean diet.

Nist also has posted content about shopping.

Turner revealed in December to People Magazine that he was diagnosed with cancer.

“There’s a topic that I haven’t wanted to talk about until now,” he told People. “I think it’s time, also because it probably will clear up a lot of mystery around what happened back in February, March and April.”

“As Theresa and I were trying very hard to find our lifestyle and where we were going to live and how we were going to make our life work, I was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer,” he told People.
