“Teen Mom” star Ryan Edwards and his fiancee, Amanda Conner, have brought their new daughter, Presley, home from the hospital.
According to People magazine, Conner had her first daughter on February 12. On February 15, Conner took to her TikTok account to share a video of Edwards carrying his daughter in a car seat out of the hospital.
“That dad walk though 🤤,” read the caption of Conner’s post.
Fans Congratulated the Couple on Social Media
Several fans flocked to the post’s comments section to congratulate the couple.
“The comeback is greater than the set back !!!! CONGRATULATIONS 🎉,” wrote a commenter.
“Congratulations so happy for you guys ❤️❤️,” added another.
“I am SO here for this new chapter 🙏🙏🙏 Congratulations to the both of you and wishing you a fast recovery mama 🥰,” shared a different person.
On February 18, Conner also shared a TikTok video that showed Edwards holding his daughter at the couple’s home.
Amanda Conner & Ryan Edwards Released a Statement Following the Birth of Presley
Conner and Edwards released a statement to People magazine after the birth of Presley. In the statement, the couple described their daughter as their “gift from God.”
“We are truly blessed to welcome this beautiful healthy baby girl into our family,” continued the couple.
Conner and Edwards also referenced that they are now both sober following past issues with substance abuse. They also noted that they have children from past relationships. Conner has an 12-year-old son named Brandon. Meanwhile, Edwards and his ex Maci Bookout have a 16-year-old son named Bentley. In addition, Edwards and his ex-wife, Mackenzie Standifer, have two children, Jagger and Stella.
“We have worked so hard to reach our goals and build a new life with all of our children. We are looking forward to being a healthy happy family and are just deeply thankful for everyone’s love and support,” read the rest of the statement.
Amanda Conner Shared How She Would Like to Raise Her Daughter
While speaking to Us Weekly in October 2024, Conner shared how she and Edwards intend to raise their daughter. She said that she wants to be transparent about her and Edwards’ past mistakes with their daughter. Conner also said she wants to ensure that Presley has a safe childhood.
“I don’t want to hide anything from her. I’m going to be very cautious. I don’t want to be a helicopter mom, but I don’t want our child to go through anything that we’ve had to go through. I just want her to be very open to the world, but strong-minded about certain things,” said Conner during the Us Weekly interview.
