‘Survivor’ Reunion on Celebrity Cruise Adventure Leads to Major Season 50 Spoilers

SPOILER ALERT!!! This article contains major potential spoilers for “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans.” Read ahead at your own risk!

Royal Caribbean’s Post Game Cruise set sail earlier this month, offering passengers the “embark on the ultimate journey” with their favorite reality TV stars. While the event has previously featured former contestants from competition series like “Big Brother,” “The Traitors” and “The Challenge,” their most recent cruise featured an all-star line-up of former “Survivor” stars for an epic sea-faring reunion.

‘Survivor’ Alums Reunite on Post Game Celebrity Cruise

Among the “Survivor” stars who boarded Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas cruise ship in Galveston, Texas on July 21 were former players like Jerri Manthey (“Survivor: The Australian Outback”), Todd Herzog (“Survivor: China”), Troyzan Robertson (“Survivor: One World), Carolyn Wiger (“Survivor 44”), Abi-Maria Gomes (“Survivor: Philippines”), Lauren Harpe (“Survivor 44”) and Courtney Yates (“Survivor: China”).

The past castaways were similarly joined on board by a number of former “Survivor” winners, including Richard Hatch (“Survivor: Borneo”) and Yam Yam Arocho (“Survivor 44”). Two-time “Survivor” winner Sandra Diaz-Twine also appeared at the event alongside her daughter Nina, who competed alongside her mother on the cast of “Australian Survivor: Blood vs. Water”.

Rick Devens, who originally appeared on the cast of “Survivor: Edge of Extinction” before returning to film “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans” earlier this year, rounded out the all-star line-up for the one-of-a-kind “Survivor” experience, which dropped anchor in Mexico on July 21.

Over the course of the five-day cruise, passengers got the chance to attend “meet-and-greet sessions, Q&A panels, and special performances” featuring their favorite “Survivor” players. For fans at home though, the event resulted in some epic snapshots of alum crossovers they never thought they’d see.

Yam Yam Arocho, who is similarly set to join the cast of Peacock’s “The Traitors” Season 4, documented the “once-in-a-lifetime” cruise journey on Instagram, sharing videos of himself embracing with a shirtless Richard Hatch, dancing across the stage with Sandra Diaz-Twine, and hilariously watching his fellow “Survivor 44” finalist Carolyn Wiger struggle as she tries to descend and ascending escalator.

‘Survivor 50’ Spoilers Make a Splash After Post Game Cruise

While the recently wrapped Post Game cruise was all fun, games, and heartfelt reunions for alums onboard, it’s hard to imagine that discussions of “Survivor 50” didn’t surface among the group of fierce former players, many of whom are self-proclaimed super-fans of the series.

Set to debut in February 2026, “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans” features an all-star cast of returning players from throughout the show’s entire 25-year history. While Rick Devens was the only alum on the cruise who actually competed on the season, which finished filming at the end of June, many of the other attending stars, including Abi-Maria and Jerri, have previously opened up about their disappointment at not being included in the legendary cast for the upcoming landmark season.

Despite likely being under strict non-disclosure rules to not discuss the details of the upcoming season, major rumors concerning the winner of “Survivor 50” surfaced online following the celebrity cruise event.

According to post-cruise spoilers, the rumored “Sole Survivor” of Season 50 will be…Stephenie LaGrossa-Kendrick!

Of course, these rumors are not confirmed in any way and should be taken with a grain of salt.

“Survivor 50” will be Stephenie’s fourth appearance on the competition series, having made her debut on the cast of “Survivor: Palau” in 2005 where she made history as the one castaways to ever be on a tribe of one. LaGrossa returned the following season to finish the competition as a runner-up on “Survivor: Guatemala.” In 2010 she returned for her third appearance on the show, surviving two episodes before becoming the second person voted out of “Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains.”

Stephenie later appeared on the cast of “The Traitors” Season 1 alongside fellow “Survivor 50” contestant Cirie Fields.
