Full Rumored Cast (and Tribe Divisions) for ‘Survivor 49’

The next nine months are set to be a “Survivor” lovers dream come true with the upcoming premieres of “Survivor 49” on September 24, “Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans” in February 2026. Even “Survivor: Australia vs. the World,” set to feature fan favorite American players Parvati Shallow, Cirie Fields and Tony Vlachos, recently set its premiere date for August 17, 2025.

With so much “Survivor” on its way, Season 50 and “AU vs. the World” have dominated fan spaces, mostly because they are set to feature the return of legendary players from past seasons. Meanwhile, “Survivor 49,” set to feature an entirely new cast of 18 castaways, has remained under the radar since Jeff Probst shared a first look at the season following the “Survivor 48” finale in May.

While there’s plenty we do know about the forthcoming season, its cast remains, at least officially, unconfirmed.  That being said, internet sleuths have been hard at work since “Survivor 49” began filming in April to compile a complete list of castaways competing. After months of refining rumors and tracking speculative players’ social media activity, here’s what the full rumored cast list – and tribe divisions – the “Survivor” superfans at Inside Survivor came up with.
