Kordell Beckham Shares Advice For ‘Love Island USA’ Season 7
Season 6 winner Kordell Beckham went through quite the journey in the villa last season, but in the end, he and Serena Page found love and were named the winners! It was the definition of a slow-burn romance, but he stayed true to himself, and it all worked out.
So, ahead of Season 7, Beckham shared some advice to the new cast in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.
“Just be comfortable with yourself, honestly. That’s literally it. Just be you. Be the best you, you can be,” he said. “You don’t have to put on the front for anybody. They’ll love you for you. So, don’t try to hide a few things, of what you think people may not like, because they might like it.”
“Don’t get in your head, trying to create this image for the audience. Just be you,” he continued.
While it can be stressful at first, knowing that there are cameras constantly on them, he continued to stress the importance of just being themselves.
And with that, he wants to remind every person that the bombshells entering the villa are just doing their jobs.
“Hey, you’re a bombshell. You’re going to do what you got to do. Do what you have to do. And then, see where it takes you,” he explained. “I wasn’t a bombshell, so I don’t know how to give y’all a prep.”
