There’s no way around it—Stephanie Shojaee is loaded. “The Real Housewives of Miami” newcomer has a luxury lifestyle that goes beyond the typical Bravo budget. From designer fashion and Rolls-Royces to billion-dollar real estate deals, Shojaee might just be the richest “Real Housewives” star of all time.
Just How Much Is Stephanie Shojaee Worth?
Shojaee isn’t just rich—she’s the president of a multibillion-dollar company. She currently leads the Shoma Group, a real estate development firm in South Florida founded by her husband, Masoud Shojaee. The business, according to a profile in GQ, has completed more than $6 billion in real estate deals, including over 11,000 homes and more than one million square feet of retail and office space.
She’s also the force behind the Shoma Bazaar Food Hall in Doral, Florida—a trendy culinary hub that features everything from Asian-inspired dishes to an onsite Biergarten and lounge bar. According to the official website, it’s meant to be “a community hub for local happenings” and an example of Miami’s evolving food scene.
Beyond real estate and hospitality, Shojaee has carved out her own space in the luxury world. GQ also reported that she has close ties with Dior and Hermès and is one of the only female Rolls-Royce ambassadors in the U.S. Her Instagram feed is filled with high-end fashion, exclusive events, and jaw-dropping cars.
While her exact net worth isn’t publicly confirmed, there’s no denying she’s operating in a financial league of her own— and according to this recent list by Collider—higher than any Housewife who’s come before her.
The RHOM Newbie Has No Problem Flaunting Her Wealth
Though Shojaee hasn’t directly commented on fan speculation about being the “richest Real Housewife ever,” she’s well aware that her lifestyle stands out. “I do like to dress expensive,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I tend to be one of the ones that flaunts it the most.”
Still, she pointed out that appearances can be deceiving. “You never really know who’s the richest because you don’t know who has it and isn’t flaunting,” Shojaee added.
She also shared that before she was handed a mojito to join the cast, quite a few former Housewives advised her not to do the show.
“[Caroline Stanbury] said don’t do it … [Larsa Pippen] told me like seven times, ‘If you don’t do it with me I’m going to kill you’ … and Lisa Rinna, at first, she said, ‘I don’t think you need this,’ and then three days later, she called me, she was like, ‘You’re going to be perfect. Just do it,’” Stephanie revealed.
Shojaee entered the RHOM world with connections to former star Dr. Nicole Martin and as a friend of Pippen but didn’t take long to make an impression—and a few enemies. One of her biggest on-screen clashes this season is with Alexia Nepola.
“We go at it a lot this season,” Shojaee admitted. “She’s very opinionated. I’m very opinionated. She’s an alpha. I’m an alpha. And I’m a very reactive person. I don’t even think before I speak. And I think Alexia’s a little like that, and some of the things she says really irk me. So I’m not going to stay quiet.”
