Two Ladies Rumored to Be Joining RHOA for Season 17

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” has officially put a pin in Season 16, and Bravo is already knee-deep in figuring out who and what will come next for the franchise. Just last week, the rumor mill was cranking out the idea that both Britt Eady and Shamea Morton have been fired. Eady has already confirmed her exit from the series, but so far, Morton has not.

What we do know for sure is that the powers-that-be are shaking things up for Season 17, and according to Media TakeOut, two names in particular are being mentioned.

K. Michelle Is Reportedly in Contention for a Peach

One of the names being discussed is K. Michelle. Fans of “Love and Hip Hop” know her well, as she has bounced through different cities of the MTV franchise since its early days. She is known for some powerhouse vocals and a whole lot of drama. K. has jumped from R&B into the country music lane and has spoken honestly about how detrimental excessive plastic surgery has been to her body.

K. is honest about her life and has no problem calling others out when she sees an issue, making her reality television gold. She is a scene stealer and a pot stirrer, so she would fit right in with the remaining cast of RHOA.

Pinky Cole of Slutty Vegan Is Also Testing for a Spot on RHOA

The Bravo series loves to have strong businesswomen in its fold, so Pinky Cole is a logical name to hear in the mix. She stays booked and busy with her Slutty Vegan empire. Pinky is known for having a strong personality that can handle conflict. Add to that her proven business excellence, and she, too, could fit right in with the ladies of Atlanta.

According to MTO, both women may first join RHOA as “friends of the show” to get their feet wet. If things go well, they could be upgraded to full-time cast members by mid-season.

Bravo has still not made an official announcement regarding casting changes, but filming for the new season is set to begin later this summer.
