Lisa Rinna thinks Lisa Vanderpump could make a return to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
In a January 2025 podcast interview, the former RHOBH star reacted to rumors that producer Andy Cohen wants Vanderpump to come back five years after her exit from the Bravo reality show. Rinna compared RHOBH to a sinking ship that needs saving.
“I heard that [Vanderpump might return],” Rinna said on the “That’s a Gay A** Podcast.” “They’re always looking to save [the show]. They know it’s the Titanic. I’m just gonna say it. And we all know it’s the [expletive] Titanic. And so I would imagine that they are courting the [expletive] out of [Vanderpump] right now. Because, like who else? They know I’m not going back.”
“I’d be interested to see if she actually does it,” Rinna added. “My guess is she will.”
Vanderpump was a cast member on RHOBH for nine seasons before her exit in 2019 amid the cast’s “PuppyGate” drama. Rinna announced her own exit from the show in January 2023 after eight seasons.
“I felt like after doing that show for 8 years there was not a lot more I could have done, you know what I mean?” Rinna told the podcast. “Like I said it all I did it all.”
Andy Cohen Does Not Think Lisa Vanderpump Will Return to RHOBH

Cohen has always been open to the possibility of Vanderpump returning to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” “I hope [she comes back],” he told Us Weekly shortly after Vanderpump’s exit from the series in 2019. “I mean, the door’s wide open for her. And I think that when she comes back, she’ll come back with a vengeance.”
But more recently, Cohen has denounced the rumors that she is trying to get LVP back as a RHOBH diamond holder. “I don’t see her coming back to that show,” Cohen said on his Sirius XM radio show “Andy Cohen Live,” in January 2025.
He noted that Vanderpump is still estranged from other cast members, including Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. “I don’t even think she has any desire or they have any desire to interact,” he added.
Lisa Vanderpump Is Too Busy for RHOBH
Five years after exiting RHOBH, Vanderpump has other reality TV obligations on “Vanderpump Rules” and the spinoff “Vanderpump Villa.” She also continues to expand her restaurant empire.
In 2023, she told E! News she had plenty else on her plate. “I’m developing another two [restaurants], so my life is kind of back to what I was doing before I was on television,” Vanderpump said. “You know, I’ve already got the five restaurants, two in Vegas. Now, I’m doing another two. It’s like, really, I have a full-time job already.”
