Emily Simpson Gives Tour of Newly Renovated Home: VIDEO

Fans of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” are getting a fresh look inside Emily Simpson’s home — and the upgrades are nothing short of impressive.

In a brand new video tour released by Bravo TV, Emily and her husband, Shane Simpson, walked viewers through the many renovations they’ve made since moving into their Orange County property nearly eight years ago.

The couple has made significant changes throughout their home, including adding a loft area, replacing the original travertine floors with upgraded materials, and closing off decorative wall openings for a cleaner look. The fireplace received a makeover, though Emily joked she’s still unsure about its design.

“It’s been a while since you’ve taken a tour, so please come in,” Emily said as she welcomed cameras into the house.

The kitchen saw one of the most dramatic transformations. The Simpsons added a massive overhang countertop with seating, a built-in window bench with storage, a new range hood, and repainted cabinets. “It’s lighter and brighter,” Emily explained, noting that the family spends much of their time in this part of the house.

Other improvements include an updated laundry room with expanded counter space, remodeled bathrooms — including a Jack and Jill bath shared by her children — and reconfigured bedrooms to give her son Keller extra space.

Upstairs, the newly built loft has become a central family hub. “At night before the kids go to bed, Shane plays games here,” Emily shared.

The tour also comes after Emily recently gave fans another look at her jaw-dropping backyard. In May 2024, she posted a sweeping Instagram Story view of the patio, infinity pool, and gardens overlooking the California hills.

Future Renovation Plans

While most of the home feels fresh and modern, Emily revealed the primary bedroom and bathroom are next on her list. “We’ve done a lot of renovations over the past… eight years, seven years, before I was even on the show,” she noted.

“We’re going to have to rip everything out,” she added, describing plans for a larger archway, expanded closet space (mostly for her), and a full bathroom redesign.

From Persian New Year celebrations in the formal dining room to summer afternoons by the pool, it’s clear Emily’s home is built for both family life and entertaining.

As renovations continue and Emily and Shane’s children — sons Luke and Keller and daughter Annabelle — grow, fans can expect even more changes to the home in the years ahead.
