Football legend Tom Brady has another title he cherishes just as much: being a dad. The 48-year-old shared rare Instagram snapshots this week of a special golf day with his oldest son, Jack, and fans couldn’t help but notice how grown-up he looks.

The teen, who turns 18 on August 22, joined his dad for a day on the golf course.
In the first shot, Jack wrapped his arm around his 6’4” father, revealing he now stands taller than the former NFL star.

One fan pointing out: “Wow, he is taller than his Dad! Nice looking young man! ❤️” while another quickly replied, “Wow, Jack is really starting to tower over Tom! Mom and dad created a strong and handsome young man. God Bless💙🙏”

Father & Son Bond Over Golf
Dressed in classic golf attire, Jack sported a blue polo and black shorts, while Brady kept it simple in a white T-shirt and matching cap. Other photos showed the duo mid-swing, enjoying time on the course while wearing sneakers from NOBULL, the athletics company that merged with Brady’s health brand TB12 last year. “Everything still pretty much the same ‘round here ⛳️ @nobull,” Brady captioned the post, showing off the pair’s shared love for sports.
A Glimpse Into Brady’s Family Life
Jack is Brady’s eldest son, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan. The athlete is also dad to son Benjamin, 15, and daughter Vivian, 12, with his ex-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen.
While Brady’s kids have grown up in the spotlight, he rarely shares personal family photos, making this father-son moment especially meaningful for fans.
Brady Reflects on Fatherhood
In past interviews, Brady has opened up about how his own father shaped the way he approaches parenting. During his 2022 ESPN series “Man in the Arena,” he broke down in tears while speaking about the sacrifices his dad made for him.
“There’s a big commitment that your parents make, and my dad made every commitment to me,” Brady said. “There was never a moment where he didn’t have time to support what I wanted to do and try to achieve because it’s a hard thing to do…When I think about being a dad, I think about him because of what my dad meant to me. I know I’m not as good a dad to my kids that my dad’s been to me.”
Brady also admitted he hopes his children will find their passions without feeling the same pressure he did. “I think maybe what I’d wish for my children is to find something that they really love to do like I have, but I think I have taken it to an extreme too,” he shared. “You know, I hope they don’t take things as far as I’ve taken them. I want them to experience great success in whatever they do, but there’s a torment about me that I don’t wish upon them.”
