Travis Kelce is making history by having Taylor Swift make an appearance on his podcast, “New Heights,” as a guest on August 13.
In a promo reel shared on X, Swift is seen sitting next to her boyfriend and seemingly referring to his blue shirt by saying, “Such a nice color on you.”
The football star replies, “Yes, it’s the color of your eyes, sweetie.” Swift then looks down with a smile on her face.
“It’s why we match so well,” Kelce adds. The “Bad Blood” singer laughs and says, “We’re about to do a [expletive] podcast!”
“The fact that Taylor doesn’t even like to do interviews and we get to hear [her] on a PODCAST!?” a fan replied.
Another fan predicted, “This will break the internet.” One eagle-eyed Swiftie noted, “Nice touch that this clip is 13 seconds.”
Swift & Kelce Gave Fans a Major Clue About Their Collaboration
Prior to their big reveal, Travis and his brother, Jason Kelce, teased fans with a silhouette of a mystery guest in an Instagram post shared early on August 11.
“92%ers, we’re coming back early for a special episode with a VERY special guest. New episode Wednesday 7PM ET,” they shared.
Fans were not easily fooled, and one replied, “It’s August. It’s the 13th. Orange background. I’m not even a Swifty, and I recognized the signs.”
Another sharp-eyed fan shared, “THEY’re WEARING TAYLOR MERCH.” A fan wrote, “If it’s not Tay you’re both getting put in a serious timeout.”
Swift Hinted At New 12th Studio Album
Since “The Tortured Poets Department,” Swift fans have been wondering when her next album will be released, and it may be sooner than they think.
So far, the “Lover” singer has 11 studio albums, but an Instagram post has fans thinking Swift gave an Easter egg alluding to her next one.
An Instagram post shared on August 11 shows exactly 12 photos of her wearing variations of orange, leading fans to believe that will be the color of Swift’s next era.
“TWELVE PHOTOS ALL IN ORANGE OH IT’S HAPPENING IT’S HAPPENING EVERYONE REMAIN CALM,” a fan gushed.
Another shared, “She gave so many signs, so many signs.”
Fans will have to see if Swift divulges anything in the “New Heights” podcast, but if so, her boyfriend’s outlet is the way to do so.
The last time she announced her new album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” was at the 2024 Grammy Awards, which received much success, with 1 billion streams on Spotify.
