Prince William has shared a sweet message and a new photo of his wife in honor of her birthday.
“To the most incredible wife and mother. The strength you’ve shown over the last year has been remarkable. George, Charlotte, Louis and I are so proud of you. Happy Birthday, Catherine. We love you,” the Prince of Wales captioned an Instagram post, signing the post with his first initial.
In the picture, the Princess of Wales, who turned 43 on January 9, 2025, posed for a photo while wearing a pair of jeans, a white top, a blazer, and a scarf. She placed the tips of her hands in the pockets of her pants, with her sapphire engagement ring in plain sight.

The Princess of Wales Is Cancer-Free
The Princess of Wales was diagnosed with cancer in 2024 and spent much of the year undergoing treatment. The palace was selective in what to share publicly and Middleton’s type of cancer was never disclosed.
In September 2024, the princess announced that she’d finished chemotherapy and was “cancer-free.”
“As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment. The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown,” she said in a video message posted on social media.
“Doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes. I am however looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can,” she added.
