See Inside Liam Neeson’s $10.3 Million Penthouse He Just Sold Amid Pamela Anderson Romance

“Taken” star Liam Neeson, who has been all over the news recently for appearing to start a red-hot romance with his “Naked Gun” costar Pamela Anderson, listed his luxurious New York City penthouse for sale back in March 2025. Now, the actor has just sold it for $10.3 million, per a New York Post report.

The report says Neeson shared the home with his late wife Natasha Richardson, who died in 2009, and raised the pair’s two boys there.

Neeson previously spoke on British talk show “Lorraine” about being a New Yorker. He said in a 2016 appearance that despite living in the city for around 22 years, he doesn’t think he will ever feel like a New Yorker. He went on, “I love being a universal citizen of New York,” and emphasized how he enjoys the ability to blend in. “Certainly nobody cares if you’re in movies,” he said.

Realtor.com says the comfortable crib is located in the heart of Lincoln Square. It boasts huge windows with panoramic views and tall ceilings.

The outlet lists a chef’s kitchen complete with marble countertop, and a great room with custom millwork and a view of Central Park among the residence’s standout features.

Neeson slashed the price twice, originally listing the dwelling for $12.75 million in 2014, before relisting it for $10.8 million in the spring of 2025. It ultimately sold for $500,000 less, but the “Cold Pursuit” star still turned a large profit. He purchased the home for just under $4 million back in 1999.

Where Does Pamela Anderson Live? Star Previously Explained Huge Move

Pamela Anderson has left Hollywood for the serenity of her native Canada. Back in October 2024, she spoke exclusively to Women’s Wear Daily about her decision. “I start each day when I’m home in my rose garden,” she revealed, before calling the move a “homecoming” that helped her “look at my life and remember who I was.”

She also told the outlet, “I didn’t want anything that had happened to me define me. I wanted what I do to define me… all these realizations came to me in the rose garden.”

Western Living calls Anderson’s Ladysmith, Vancouver Island home a “whimsical, ‘funky grandma’ dream come true,” saying the property has been in the “Baywatch” star’s family for years, and was left untouched for 25 of those before the actress transformed it.

Designer Francesca Albertazzi was key in giving the space its cozy, rustic charm.
