Harrison Ford has had an incredible career in the entertainment industry, and he doesn’t plan to walk away from it anytime soon. The iconic actor, who is 83, was spotted at an event on August 15, and he looked incredible.

Photos from Apple TV+ “Shrinking” Panel during the TV Academy’s Inaugural Televerse Festival show Ford dressed in all-black. He wears dark-washed jeans, a black T-shirt, a fitted black blazer, and black boots. He also has black-rimmed glasses.

The actor, whose work includes roles in “Star Wars,” Indiana Jones,” and “1923,” looked happy. He is also the picture of health while smiling for photos at the event.

Also in the photos with Ford are his “Shrinking” co-stars, Jessica Williams, Harrison Ford, Jason Segel and Michael Urie, whom he poses alongside. The event was held at the 4-star hotel, JW Marriott LA Live in Los Angeles, California.

Ford appears to share a close bond with Segel and can be seen embracing him in a photo. In Variety’s Actors on Actors series, Segel told Seth Rogen that Ford was quick to join the cast after watching his work in “The End of the Tour” and “Forgetting Sarah Marshall,” which features a scene that gives a full-frontal look at Segel’s privates.

Segel says Ford texted co-creator Bill Lawrence to say, “I’m in,” and then hilariously complimented Segel, saying, “and tell the kid, great (expletive).”

Ford and Williams also appear comfortable in each other’s company.

Why Harrison Ford Won’t Retire From Acting

In an interview with Variety on July 30, 2025, Ford was asked if he would retire. His answer was straightforward. “No,” he said. “That’s one of the things I thought was attractive about the job of an actor, was that they need old people, too, to play old people’s parts.”

Also in the interview, he discussed working with his wife, actress Calista Flockhart. The couple has been married since 2010, but despite both having impressive careers, they have never starred in a television series or film together.

“If we get to work together, we’d want it to be someone else’s idea. That kind of casting might not be the best way to bring people into an imagined situation, because [audiences] may say, ‘Oh, I know they’re married; now I’m not even thinking about the movie anymore,’” he said.
