Elle Macpherson has continued her modeling career in her 60s, and at 61, she is involved in one of her most effortlessly chic campaigns yet.

Macpherson posted multiple photos on Instagram on August 18 of herself posing in a variety of different clothes. She looks gorgeous in all of them, but the first image is the most striking. The supermodel strikes a pose as she looks into the distance. She is wearing oversized gold sunglasses, a tiny bandeau top (or it could be a bikini), loose-fitted trousers, and a matching cover-up. The ocean and the sun are behind her, as the latter highlights her beautiful blonde hair, which she wears long and loose.

Other pictures include her with her hair up, wearing a black T-shirt and black maxi skirt, and another of her holding her arms to her chest as she poses for a photo while looking out at a view. There is also a video of the water and another behind-the-scenes look at Macpherson modeling.

In the caption, Macpherson shared her thoughts and commented on the brand collaboration with Mela Purdie. “As someone who is travelling for most of the year, featherweight pieces that float over the body and that don’t crush and pack neatly taking minimal space and yet give maximum choice are an absolute must,” she wrote. “Quality fabric, Unique, flattering, simple yet chic and versatile is key, I love a long easy sexy silhouette and pieces that I can layer and either dress up or down. In an interview with Women’s Weekly in September 2024, she described motherhood as the “biggest joy in life”. She continued, “I think I demonstrated authenticity in my choices, and the results were very positive. I see them [her sons] being courageous in their life’s choices too and really expressing their uniqueness in this world and coming to terms with that and making that journey from their head to their heart.”
