Bryan and Sarah Baeumler have finally revealed the name of their new show coming to HGTV, possibly as soon as this fall.
In a post on Bryan Baeumler’s Instagram page, the builder shows a series of photos. They show a dock going out into a crystal blue ocean, surrounded by palm trees. The video carousel is captioned “VACATION” and backed by a jaunty song with the lyrics “V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N, in the summer time.”
But in the post, Bryan drops a little nugget for fans waiting to hear about the “Renovation Island” stars’ next move.
He writes, “Vacation mode: ON 🌴☀️

Bryan & Sarah Baeumler Are Taking On Another Resort Makeover
Sarah Baeumler has hinted about the couple’s upcoming show in the past.
In March, she posted a picture on Instagram that featured Bryan and Sarah Baeumler in a large group photo.
In the caption, Sarah revealed, “This weekend, we hosted our official Grand Opening after our renovation, that will be featured on HGTV this fall. Thank you to the Islamorada Chamber for the wonderful ribbon cutting, the guests that traveled near and far to join the celebration, and to our incredible staff for making the event a success and for making P&P what it is today. We are so excited to share the new and improved resort! 🌴”
And in July, Sarah posted a picture of a cameraman filming as she walks with a man. She wrote, “A little glimpse behind the scenes filming on location. Bringing a vision to life, one frame at a time…literally! 🎥”
‘Building Baeumler’ – What We Know
HGTV has not released any details about “Building Baeumler.” But we know it’s set to debut on Home Network (formerly HGTV Canada) on September 7.
A sneak peek on YouTube shows Sarah telling the camera, “Here we go again.”
Bryan is heard telling Sarah, “So, we’ve got the opportunity to buy another hotel, expand Cerula Mar, and acquire another 600 acres.”
Cerula Mar, of course, is the resort in the Bahamas that Bryan and Sarah Baeumler bought and renovated. The couple still runs it even now. That renovation was featured on their popular HGTV show “Renovation Island.”
A show description on Home Network’s website gives us a little more information. It reads, “Bryan and Sarah Baeumler take viewers inside their high-stakes world of buying and building. We follow the power couple as they take on a hotel renovation in the Florida Keys, invest in an ambitious expansion of their Bahamas resort, and tackle a personal renovation back home in Canada – all while juggling their family commitments. Bryan and Sarah are pulling back the curtain to share it all; from every setback to every celebration.”
With many shows on HGTV’s fall schedule still up in the air amid a series of cancellations by the network, it remains to be seen when the show will debut in America.
