The “And Just Like That…” actress recently shared a casual tour of her Montauk kitchen, and fans were quick to notice just how normal it looked. From drying racks piled with dishes to homemade garlic oil and cast iron pans, Nixon’s cooking space isn’t giving celebrity showroom—it’s giving relatable.
Cynthia Nixon’s Montauk Kitchen Is Just So Normal
In a video posted to Instagram, Nixon gave fans an inside look at her warm, rustic kitchen in Montauk. “This is my kitchen in Montauk. I’m about to serve up some coffee,” she began, standing in front of shaker-style wood cabinets with hanging colanders and well-loved cast iron pans.
A bold orange kettle sat on the stovetop alongside a sleek coffee pot. Nearby, a blue hanging basket overflowed with homegrown vegetables, including fresh kale. A bottle of what appeared to be homemade garlic oil added even more character to the setting.
The drying rack next to the sink was packed with dishes—proof that Nixon actually uses her kitchen regularly. “These are my pots and pans,” she said with a smile, before showing off a shelf full of vases, woven baskets, and a lobster pot.
“That’s a real kitchen ❤️,” one fan wrote, while another joked, “I never thought I would see Miranda in Aidan’s kitchen.” “Sex and the City” co-star Sarah Jessica Parker chimed in with, “I love your kitchen!!!! And you! X.” Even Lindsay Lohan dropped four heart emojis.

‘The Gilded Age’ Star Reacts to ‘And Just Like That...’ Ending With Season 3
On August 1, showrunner Michael Patrick King shocked fans when he confirmed that the HBO Max series will conclude with its season 3 finale. Nixon, 59, reflected on the journey in a touching Instagram post.
“I can’t believe our wild, beautiful ‘And Just Like That…’ ride is almost over,” she wrote. “It has been such a delight from start to finish.”
“I will miss working with these people every day SO incredibly much,” she continued, “but know we will always be a part of each other’s lives.” She teased “a lot more carousels” to come and hinted that the final episodes include surprises.
The post featured throwback photos of her iconic character Miranda Hobbes, including moments with co-stars SJP and Kristin Davis, as well as tributes to cast members like the late Willie Garson and Nixon’s on-screen love interests, David Eigenberg and Sara Ramirez.
“And Just Like That…” two-part finale begins Thursday, August 7, on HBO and HBO Max.
