How The Hunting Wives’ Team Helped Paul While Battling Stage 4 Cancer
Teal, who gained recognition for his recurring role as Josh Avery in “One Tree Hill,” was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer and fought a seven-month battle before his passing.
His partner, Emilia Torello, confirmed the news at the time and shared that he had filmed “The Hunting Wives” during treatment.
“The cast and crew helped encourage him during the difficult time in his life,” Torello told TMZ in 2024. She later wrote a heartbreaking tribute on Instagram: “You filled my lungs with laughter, my stomach with butterflies, and my heart with love. You were taken too soon, in a battle that you fought bravely without fail.”
