Kevin Jonas and his wife, Danielle Jonas, have one of the sweetest celebrity love stories, and their relationship has withstood the test of time. The couple has been married since December 19, 2009, when they celebrated their wedding at Oheka Castle on Long Island.

They also have two daughters. But on a recent vacation, Danielle reflected on how it all started and gave fans a glimpse into what their relationship looks like now.

In an Instagram post on August 9, Danielle posted several photos of herself on her vacation to The Bahamas. She looks stunning as she poses in two different bikinis and gorgeous outfits, including a short brown dress and a white cutout dress. Kevin is included in some of the footage, including a short video clip where he poses next to his wife.

The post shows a glimpse into their relationship, and the couple still appears to be so happy after more than 15 years together. In the caption, Danielle wrote, “Greetings from the place where our story began.”

Fans reacted with love and praised the couple for their beautiful relationship. “Love this! I miss your show so much too! I think we need to start that up again,” a fan wrote. “Danielle this is GORGEOUS. You guys are gorgeous,” another comment reads.

How Did Kevin Jonas & Danielle Jonas’ Relationship Start?

Danielle and Kevin have previously revealed how they met. In 2007, they were both on vacation with their families in The Bahamas. Danielle’s life would change forever after dating and marrying one of the Jonas Brothers, but she had no idea he was famous. “I didn’t know who the Jonas Brothers were,” she told People. The publication notes that it was Kevin who spotted Danielle walking on the beach and pursued her.

It was not on this vacation that they first exchanged “I love yous,” though, because that happened later. In an interview with Young Hollywood in 2013, Danielle reflected on the beginning of their relationship. “I was in the city with him when he came in for a concert. I went … to pick up my dog from my mom’s room,” Danielle said. “I said to [my mom], ‘I’ve been driving home and all I could think was is I can’t wait to say I love you to him.’ Like, I was holding it in because I wanted him to be first!”

It was Kevin who ultimately said it first, but it wasn’t some big declaration. Instead, he had blurted it out when leaving a hotel room. In his haste, he said, “Love you, bye!” and shut the door. “I turned around and I was like, ‘Oh no, oh no! Do I have to, like, say something now or just walk away?’ I panicked, and I just walked away,” he recalled.
