Jessie J Is Ready to Beat Breast Cancer

On June 15, 2025, Jessie J hit the Wembley Stadium stage for the Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard, and it was a huge moment for the singer. She told the 75,000 people in attendance that it was her “last show before I go to beat breast cancer!”

“So it’s so special to me, you have no idea. My family, my band, my crew. We are so lucky, we have so much to live for, so much joy, so much, so many things to do,” she told the crowd, according to Daily Mail. She also told fans that she is “so grateful for this life,” as well as her career, and she shares son Sky, 2, with boyfriend Chanan Safir Colman, whom she has been dating since 2021.

The singer posted a behind-the-scenes video chronicling the show on Instagram. “One of my favourite shows I have ever done in the past 15 years of this beautiful, crazy life of mine. Wow,” she wrote in the caption.

After the Wembley show, Jessie J took to her Instagram Story to share with her fans what her post-gig routine is.

“If you ever wonder what I do after a show. First, I went to dinner with some beautiful inspiring friends, and now I’ve got home, showered first, oilatum cream thick on my face so I look like Mrs. Doubtfire,” she said.

“While the house is dark and everyone is asleep. I’ve unpacked my bags, done some house chores, washed Sky’s cup, and put washing away,” she continued. “Now I’m sitting in Skys’ room just staring at him, having a needed and well-earned cry. Happy and scared tears. This boy. My whole heart. What a special day today was.”

Jessie J First Announced Her Cancer Diagnosis in June 2025

The singer first shared her early breast cancer diagnosis in a June 3, 2025, Instagram Story.

“I want to share it with my fans and the people that care about me, and also I’m a sharer. I’ve always shared everything that I go through in my life. Before ‘No Secrets’ came out, I was diagnosed with early breast cancer,” the English pop star said in the video.

“I’m highlighting the word early. Cancer sucks in any form, but I’m holding on to the word early,” she continued. “I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period.”

Jessie will soon undergo surgery as part of her breast cancer treatment.
