Beyoncé’s Tour Sparks Traveling ‘After-Party’

Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter Tour” is spending a little time in Europe right now before making its way back to the U.S. on June 28.

And the superstar singer isn’t traveling alone.

According to USA Today, a pair of U.S.-based party organizers have latched onto the tour, following along and staging after-parties at every stop.

Event producer Ed Wynn Walker and D.J. Rosegawd call their after-party “Club Cowboy Carter.”

“We are traveling behind Beyoncé in every city that she goes to for her ‘Cowboy Carter’ tour. We started in Los Angeles. We’ve done Chicago, New York, and now we are here in London,” Rosegawd said. “And we’re headed to Paris, Houston, Atlanta, D.C. and Vegas after this.”

Posts on the pair’s Instagram account show sold-out events with fans decked out in cowboy gear, dancing the night away.

‘Club Cowboy Carter’ Organizers Keep the Party Going

Ed Wynn Walker and D.J. Rosegawd staged their first international “Club Cowboy Carter” event after Beyoncé’s June 14 London performance.

“We are excited — just for people to just come gather and have a great time,” Wynn said ahead of the after-party. “This is our first event out the country.”

The party planners found the British to be a receptive audience.

“We were going to the concert and we were like we’re going to still be going, to be buzzing, so we wanted to go somewhere with the same vibe so we just googled it,” said Alyssa Watson to USA Today. Watson flew into London from Liverpool for the concert. And then stayed for Club Cowboy Carter.

“You leave the concert and you’re reeling,” Watson explained. “You want to talk about it, and you want to hear the music still. And when you’re in the concert you watch and hear, but you want to actually listen to the music and you want to go and dance. So you want to go and let loose.”

‘Cowboy Carter’ Tour Has Been a Family Affair

For Beyoncé, her “Cowboy Carter Tour” has been a family affair.

During her June 12 London performance, the singer corralled fans to help her wish her twins Rumi and Sir a happy 8th birthday. A video posted by an audience member showed both Rumi and older sister Blue Ivy on stage with their mom.

13-year-old Blue Ivy has even become a part of her mom’s show. Fans have posted videos on social media of the teenager taking center stage to dance to Beyonce’s “Deja Vu” during the tour.

In one video, the teenager confidently fronted a group of dancers during the song, then ended by blowing kisses and flashing peace signs at the crowd.

Beyoncé Will Bring Tour Home to Houston June 28

Beyoncé will wrap up the European leg of her “Cowboy Carter” tour in Paris Sunday, June 22.

After that, she’s bringing it to her hometown of Houston, Texas for two nights, June 28 and 29.

The tour continues on with two nights in Washington, D.C. and four performances in Atlanta before wrapping up with two shows in Las Vegas July 25 and 26.
