It’s time for Casa Amor!
But first, the islanders have to deal with the fallout from the dumping that saw Hannah and Jeremiah go home.
Chelley told Ace that their reason for sending Hannah home was that she didn’t explore, immediately forming a strong bond with Pepe, while Iris and Amaya have been exploring. Ace says that the guys thought they would have sent home Amaya. Cierra reiterates what Chelley said to Nicolas, saying there was more effort from Amaya and Iris.
As for the guys, their reason for dumping Jeremiah was that they were worried he was going to do the same thing he did to Huda and thought that maybe he was the problem.
Cierra and Nicolas followed up on their conversation from the other night, where she admits that the two might have had different definitions of what it meant to be open. Nicolas reassured her, saying that he sees a future with her and doesn’t like the distance between them.
Ace asks Austin if he’s been honest with Amaya about how he truly feels, and he directly says, “No.”
Casa Amor Begins
In the morning, Huda receives a text telling the islanders that their villa will be hosting a kissing competition. The guys all put on blindfolds and noise-cancelling headphones. But before they can start, Ariana Madix arrives at the villa and silently tells the girls that they are headed to Casa Amor. The girls are then instructed to leave the villa immediately.
With the original girls now gone, five new girls enter the villa to take part in the kissing competition.
So, let’s meet the new girls:
Gracyn is 25 years old and a model for an energy drink company. She describes herself as a southern belle and says that she has her eye on Nicolas.
Clarke is 24 and a peer mentor. She says she has her eye on a few of the guys and plans to “get what I want like I always do.”
Vanna is 21 and a social media and brand ambassador. She has her eyes on Ace.
Coco is 24 from Los Angeles and does hair and makeup professionally.
Jaden is 25 and a corporate investigator from Seattle.
The girls are then tasked with kissing all six of the boys, who don’t even know that the original girls have left the villa. Afterwards, they take off their blindfolds to find out that they just kissed five new girls.
Everything Is Different This Year!
Ariana tells the boys that they are all single islanders once again. It’s “just like going back to day one.” And they will be paired up in a new couple for the entirety of Casa Amor. As Ariana described it, “everyone gets a second chance at love.”
However, that’s not all. She said that every single person will be returning to the villa this year at the end of Casa Amor, which is different from previous years, where the original boys and girls got to decide if they wanted to bring someone back.
The Boys Get Coupled Up
So with these new rules, Ariana also allowed the new girls to decide which boy they wanted to couple up with. They were tasked with standing on the heart of the islander they felt they had the best kiss with.
Jaden went right to Austin, while Vanna picked Ace, and Gracyn picked Pepe. Both Clarke and Coco picked Taylor, leaving Nicolas and TJ without anyone (at the moment). Because of that, he got to pick and went with Coco. With that, Clarke got to pick who she wanted to couple up with out of Nicolas and TJ, and she ultimately went with Nicolas.
TJ, after having rated the girls very poorly in the kissing challenge, was left single. Because of that, Ariana gave him 24 hours to lock in a new connection or risk being dumped from the island.
After Ariana leaves, the boys begin to get the know the girls. Nicolas, in his confessional, admits that he has his eyes on Jaden, and the two chat later that night as sparks fly.
Now It’s The Girls Turn
The boys got to meet five new girls, so it’s only fair that the girls got introduced to six new boys.
Let’s meet the new boys:
Elan is 24 years old, originally from Toronto, but now lives in Miami. He is a technical analyst.
Bryan is 28 from Boston and is a financial accountant, does real estate, and bartends at night.
Zak is 29 and a full time international model from Manchester, but originally from Thailand.
Zac is 26 from Arizona.
JD is 23 from Puerto Rico.
Chris is 27 from Los Angeles and is a professional basketball player.
The boys arrive first and chat about their types, but are quickly interrupted by the girls. As they all get to know each other, Ariana makes her way to couple everyone up. But first, they have to play a fun little game to spice things up.
The girls go up to pop a balloon, and inside is a task. So, here’s what each of the girls had to do:
Amaya: Kiss two islanders who look like they could change your type – Chris and Zak
Huda: Kiss the two islanders you think would be the best kissers – Elan and Bryan
Cierra: Kiss the two islanders who look like players – Bryan and Elan
Olandria: Kiss the two islanders who first caught your eye – Elan and Chris
Chelley: Kiss the two islanders who are your type on paper – Zac and Chris
Iris: Kiss the two islanders you’d like to get to know better – Zac and Chris
Andreina: Kiss the two islanders who would slide into your DMs first – Zac and Bryan
The Girls Get Coupled Up
Similar to how the new girls got to pick, the new boys got the option to choose who they wanted to couple up with.
Amaya and Olandria were both left single based on who the boys initially coupled up with. JD picked Huda, Elan picked Cierra, Bryan picked Andreina, Zac picked Iris, while Chris and Zak both picked Chelley. Because of that, Chelley got to decide and coupled up with Bryan. In the end, Zak picked Olandria. That left Amaya single, and Ariana announced that she has 24 hours to lock in a new connection or risk being dumped from the island.
