During an appearance on the July 17 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, “Love Island USA” finalist Huda Mustafa spilled all the juicy details viewers of the Peacock hit have been waiting for.

Huda On Why She Was ‘So Polarizing’ On ‘Love Island’
“Perceptions are everything,” Huda told “Call Her Daddy” host Alex Cooper. She went to explain that due to editing, things aren’t always perceived on TV the way they really happened. After Cooper called her a love-or-hate contestant, Huda responded, “I’m blessed to have so many supporters, and the good outweighs the bad.”

The mom of one shockingly revealed on the podcast that when she got her phone back after leaving Fiji, she heard someone had called CPS on her for no apparent reason.
Huda assured fans that her 4-year-old daughter was well-cared for by the tot’s father during Huda’s stint on the reality show. She then opened up about her relationship with her ex and father of her child, and told Cooper why things ended.
“Tinder. We met on there. This was the first time I ever moved out of my mother’s house,” Huda revealed, saying she was 18 and living with two other girls when she first met her ex. “We got really lovey-dovey really fast,” she explained, before going on, “I really, really liked him off the jump. He did cheat on me. We wanted to move in together. The goal was marriage.”

Huda said finding out she was expecting her daughter at 20 years old was a shock. After a pregnancy she and her ex picked up at Walmart turned positive, “we started crying,” she said. “We kept breaking up and getting back together, he deployed, we kept fighting the entire time,” she recalled.
The Raleigh, NC native said she hid her pregnancy from her family, including her mom, for “three to four months,” and revealed, “I didn’t go to the doctor, I didn’t get checked at all. I didn’t know what to do.” That was until one day her “extremely relgious” mom, with whom she had moved back in, gave her a hug and noticed, “You’re getting a little chubby.” Huda said, “I was like mom, I have something to tell you” before dropping the news. She said her mom reacted by encouraging her to raise the baby.
Back on the topic of her ex, Huda said “We moved back in together after having her, but I remember there were a lot of things that bothered me in the relationship after she was born.” The brunette beauty explained her ex was unhelpful when the baby cried in the middle of the night, putting all the hardships of parenting on Huda. She said this was part of the reason the “Love Island” challenge where the coupled-up contestants had to take care of fake babies for a day was “triggering.”
Huda Reveals What She REALLY Did To Ace During the Heart Rate Challenge
Cooper brought up the infamous Heart Rate Challenge, in which contestants, dressed in scandalous costumes, had to try to raise each other’s heart rates by performing sexy moves. After a mysterious move by Huda that wasn’t shown onscreen, the influencer was accused by Chelly, who was coupled with Ace, of “going too far.”
Huda insisted she never “sat on Ace’s face” as many fans had theorized after the cameras cut away when Huda appeared to back towards Ace’s head as he lay on the ground. A Reddit thread on the topic was rife with speculation, but Huda put the rumors to rest.
She said “my butt was on his stomach” before explaining all she did was a simple twerk.
