Kris Jenner’s TV Mansion From ‘KUWTK’ Is Up for Sale at $8.9 Million

The California estate famously featured as Kris Jenner’s home on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” is up for grabs once again.

The house is up for sale with a listing price of $8.9 million, according to TMZ. While the home was only seen in exterior shots on the E! reality show, it became a recognizable symbol of the Kardashian-Jenner lifestyle, often serving as the backdrop for iconic moments from the early seasons of the series.

A Reality TV Landmark With Luxury to Match

TMZ reported that Trang Dang of Advance Estate Realty has listed the mansion. The 8,000-square-foot property includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and everything you’d expect from a Kardashian-approved mansion. The estate features a gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, a cozy breakfast nook, and a primary suite with a private patio offering sweeping canyon views.

Inside, you’ll also find dual walk-in closets, a spa-style bathroom, a wine cellar, a screening room, and a resort-style backyard complete with a pool, spa, and built-in BBQ.

Private & Iconic—A Trophy Home Fit for a Kardashian

Secluded, spacious, and designed for entertaining, the home is being marketed as a “trophy property” and a rare chance to own a piece of pop culture history. With its iconic ties to reality TV royalty, the listing is likely to catch the eye of luxury buyers and die-hard fans alike.

The Kardashians are expanding their empire with a brand-new Hulu series. Disney’s head of reality programming, Rob Mills, revealed during Hulu’s Get Real House event that the family is developing a new show titled “Calabasas Behind the Gates.”

Deadline reported in April that Mills announced while appearing onstage with Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick. The upcoming series will spotlight life inside the gated community of Calabasas, California—home to the Kardashian-Jenners and their extended circle. “Who are all of these people in the extended lives of the Kardashians?” Mills teased during the panel.

“Calabasas Behind the Gates” will be produced by Fulwell 73, the company behind The Kardashians.

From ‘KUWTK’ to ‘The Kardashians’—The Legacy Lives On

Though “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” ended in 2021 after a 20-season run, the Kardashian-Jenner empire is far from over. Their new Hulu series, “The Kardashians,” picks up where KUWTK left off—offering a glossier, more curated look into their lives.

From Kim’s billion-dollar beauty brand to Kourtney’s wellness empire, and Kylie’s fashion & beauty deals, the family continues to dominate pop culture—and real estate headlines.

And while this house may not have been their real-life residence, it’s etched into reality TV history as the face of the Kardashian brand.

Whether you’re a longtime fan or just catching up, both shows offer a front-row seat to the Kardashian-Jenner empire—past & present. You can stream “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” on Peacock. The family’s current Hulu series, “The Kardashians,” is available to stream now on Hulu.
