The Kardashians know how to live large, and when it comes to birthdays, they don’t just celebrate, they set the bar. So it’s no surprise Penelope Disick’s 13th was nothing short of spectacular. Kourtney’s firstborn entered her teenage years, and she did it in signature Kardashian style. The celebration appeared to take place in Italy, with luxury and a whole lot of love.
On Sunday, July 13, mom Kourtney Kardashian Barker gave fans a peek into the birthday girl’s special day with a sweet photo carousel shared to Instagram. “My little lady is 13 🥺💘,” Kardashian Barker wrote. “Being her mommy is one of the greatest things I have ever done. She inspires me to be a better person every day… She is the cooooolessssst 🐞.”
Custom Cakes, Balloons & Fireworks for Penelope
Penelope’s big day featured two custom cakes, a sky full of fireworks, and a hotel room decked out in rose gold & white balloons. In one snap, she poses in a yellow cardigan and matching shorts, glasses on, and a cowhide-print bag in hand.
Another video shows her blowing out a large pink candle on a chocolate cake decorated with sugar roses and the message: “Happy Birthday Penelope.” A second cake, covered in white icing and fresh berries, repeated the message in pink lettering.
Handwritten Notes & Luxury Views
Kourtney also shared scenes from their elegant stay, including a lake view from their balcony and the manicured grounds of what appeared to be a luxury hotel.
In Penelope’s room, sweet handwritten notes greeted her: “Turning 13!! I love you. Can’t wait to celebrate you!!” “You have the best vibe ever!”
The posts followed Kourtney’s earlier July 8 birthday message, where she shared a throwback photo and a vacation snap.
She wrote: “I am so indescribably grateful for my sweet girl. She inspires me every day to be a better person.”
Dad Scott Disick Shares a Throwback Tribute
