The sprawling six-acre property not only boasts professional horse stables and ocean views but also comes with a history of A-list owners, from Ellen DeGeneres to the founders of two of the world’s biggest dating apps.

According to property records, the 29-year-old supermodel and “The Kardashians” star sealed the deal in February, snapping up the historic estate just outside Santa Barbara in a discreet off-market transaction.

At the center sits a modern Monterey-style mansion that clocks in at over 15,000 square feet. The property’s history runs deep, too. Parts of it date back to the mid-1800s and include some of Santa Barbara County’s oldest adobe homes, which have been thoughtfully restored to keep their historic charm while adding all the modern comforts you’d expect.

The address comes with some serious celebrity pedigree. Ellen DeGeneres once owned it before passing it on to Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, and later, Tinder co-founder Sean Rad. Now, Kendall’s most famous neighbor is Oprah Winfrey herself — their estates even share a wall.

For the 29-year-old supermodel, the real showpiece might be the professional-grade equestrian setup. Multiple stables and an outdoor riding arena mean Kendall, who’s been riding horses since she was a kid, can saddle up without ever leaving home. Panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains stretch out in every direction, while olive groves, rose gardens, private courtyards, and a sparkling pool make the property feel like its own private resort.

Most recently, she hosted her sister Kylie Jenner’s 28th birthday at the Montecito home. Kylie shared snapshots from the day on Instagram, including shots of the sisters laughing together on the balcony, with Kendall’s stone-covered chimney and Spanish-style tiled roof in the background.

The festivities continued with a group sing-along of “Happy Birthday” in the lush backyard, where panoramic views stretched for miles. Kylie posed in one of the property’s many courtyards, showing off her toned midriff against a stone wall and wooden beam, before the family gathered for an al fresco dinner and a massive raspberry-covered cake.

Kendall has also put her new home to work professionally, using it as the location for FWRD’s latest summer campaign. The creative director posed near the horse stalls, in her landscaped backyard, and against the striking white brick exterior.

Her Montecito purchase adds to an already impressive real estate empire. Kendall currently owns two homes in Hidden Hills—one a $15 million new build, the other a $12 million mansion—as well as an $8.5 million Beverly Hills property.
