‘Rock the Block’ Houses: Will Season 6 Homes Be Sold With HGTV Duos’ Decor?

By the time season six of HGTV’s hit competition “Rock the Block” wraps up with a two-hour finale on May 26, 2025, there will not only be a new winning team crowned, but also four expertly designed Utah homes available for fans to tour or even buy.

Homebuilder Hamlet Homes built the houses in the Worthington Ranch community of Grantsville, located about 35 miles southwest of Salt Lake City. But throughout the six-week season, fans have watched four HGTV celebrity duos finish the homes during intense design challenges.

After host Ty Pennington and guest judge Jonathan Scott reveal which team delivered the highest potential profit — Alison Victoria and Michel Smith Boyd, brothers Jonathan and Jordan Knight, “Down Home Fab” stars Cole and Chelsea DeBoer, or “Renovation Aloha” couple Tristyn and Kamohai Kalama — all four homes will become available to tour and purchase. However, the houses will be sold empty, with only the permanent features installed by the HGTV duos remaining.

Unfurnished ‘Rock the Block’ Houses to Hit Real Estate Market After Season 6 Finale

Hamlet Homes’ Yosh Ryujin is handling the real estate listings for all four “Rock the Block” homes featured on season 6. The listings are expected to go live after the finale, when each home’s appraisal value is given and the winner is revealed.

Homebuyers will have to furnish the houses themselves, though. According to Country Living, the houses are sold unfurnished — not with the furniture the HGTV duos used in their designs.

However, anyone can purchase the Wayfair items that the teams used throughout the season. The site has featured curated collections from each house, including the episode 5 outdoor designs, from the Knight brothers’ outdoor patio sofa to the Kalamas’ minimalist all-weather coffee table.

HGTV pulled out all the stops to announce the winner, launching 300 illuminated drones to spell out the winners’ names in the sky. The season 6 finale of “Rock the Block” premieres on May 26 at 9 p.m. Eastern time.

Fans Can Tour ‘Rock the Block’ Homes During Block Party Weekend

Hamlet Homes will host a Block Party Weekend on May 30 and 31, with all four homes available to tour from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.

The event will include food trucks and live music, and exclusive “Rock the Block” merchandise will be available on-site. There will also be an “Auction on the Block” with items from the homes available to bid on, with proceeds benefitting Homeaid Utah.

It’s been a long wait to get the homes on the market, given that season 6 of “Rock the Block” was filmed in 2024.

Before the season premiere, Hamlet Homes owner Jon Southern told Salt Lake City news station ABC4, “We knew it was going to be a challenge. We rose to the occasion. It’s a lot of hours. It’s a lot of work from our entire team. Everyone in our company was involved in this. I think everyone’s really excited now to see the final product.”
