Jasmine Roth Admits She’s a ‘Ball of Nerves’ Over New Season of Her HGTV Show

Hours after HGTV announced that the new seasons of “Help! I Wrecked My House” will premiere on September 24, 2025, star Jasmine Roth admitted she’s a “ball of nerves” about it.

“I knew it was coming but now that we actually HAVE AN AIR DATE it feels real,” she captioned a social media post on August 23. “Not much gets to me, but lately I’m going through my days jittery with emotions. 💛”

Given that her show last aired in 2023, Roth admitted that she’s unsure if viewers will be excited to watch her show again.

Jasmine Roth Says HGTV ‘Has Been There to Support Me’

Roth has gone through lots of changes since her show was last on the air in 2023, including delivering her second daughter, Darla, over two months early and moving from California to Utah.

Captioning a video of her at a photo shoot for her show, Roth wrote, “It’s been a year and a half since my show “HELP! I Wrecked My House” aired new episodes on @hgtv. Since then I’ve been through a tumultuous pregnancy, had a dramatic premature birth (who remembers the side of the road story!?), welcomed a beautiful little girl to join our family, moved our family and my business to a new state, and now I’ve started taking clients in Utah.”

Grateful to still have a show after the surprising cancellation of seven series this summer, Roth added, “And @hgtv has been there to support me through it all. But the real question is – will you watch it with me?”

Roth continued, “One of the greatest honors of my life is being able to share my story, while helping families that really need it. So if you’re curious about what I’ve been up to, or what wrecked houses I decided to take on – get ready because you’re about to find out SO SOON!”

Noting that the fifth season will premiere on September 24 at 8 p.m. Eastern time, Roth wrote that “until then I’ll just be a ball of nerves…🤭”

Jamine Roth Headed to France With Family After Wrapping Season 5 Filming

After the filming of season five wrapped on August 1, Roth and her husband Brett headed to France with their kids in tow — baby Darla, who’s almost one, and five-year-old Hazel. When some fans questioned why they’d take their young children on a trip overseas, Roth defended their decision via a social media post on August 17.

“I’ve heard people say ‘it’s not worth it to travel with kids when they’re small because they won’t remember’ and while I think that’s one way to look at it – I respectfully disagree,” she wrote. “Yes, they won’t remember the trip, but somewhere in there every experience is shaping them.”

The designer and home contractor continued, “I believe that some of the greatest qualities we can bring into our adult lives are curiosity, resilience, and a love for exploration…and while we can certainly foster these things at home, travel feels like a crash course.”

Roth added, “So yeah, on some trips (and yes there are some they will NOT be coming on because mama needs a break too 😅) you’ll see us rolling deep with the whole family and while it might not always be the easy option, we believe it’s worth it.”
