Hosts from a pair of HGTV shows gave fans a hint about when to expect the new seasons to begin for two of their favorite programs.
In separate Instagram posts, Mike Jackson from “Married to Real Estate” informed followers that Season 4 would be rolling out in March, while Brian Kleinschmidt told curious fans that Season 6 of “100 Day Dream Home” is scheduled for an April start.
March start for “Married to Real Estate”
As highlighted in a profile by HGTV, “Married to Real Estate,” which began airing in January of 2022, features Jackson and his wife, Egypt Sherrod, helping families in the Atlanta, Georgia, area find and renovate their dream home, while also following the personable couple as they balance their busy careers and family life.
In Jackson’s post from January 22, he shares a video of a humorous back-and-forth with his Uncle Mark, a licensed realtor who has become a frequent visitor and fan favorite on the show. An overlay on the video states that the first episode of Season 4 is “Coming in March to HGTV,” with Jackson adding a comment to “tell your cousins and’nem that ‘Married To Real Estate’ Season 4 will be back on HGTV in March.”
Among the plethora of responses, one follower stated, “I was up watching season three for the second time last night. Can’t wait!” Others proclaimed their love for the show and jokingly ached over having to wait, with comments such as, “MARCH?? I was banking on this month sometime ❤️❤️ Ok let me have some patience haha!”
“100 Day Dream Home” Aims for April Premiere
HGTV also provides the premise for “100 Day Dream Home,” which began in January 2020 with the Kleinschmidts — developer husband Brian and realtor wife Mika – working with clients in Tampa, Florida, to design and build “the perfect house” in 100 days or less.
The Kleinschmidts shared a photograph on their January 21 post showing them with NFL Hall of Famer Ronde Barmer at a Habitat for Humanity project, which the husband-and-wife team previously revealed in an exclusive report from EntertainmentNOW would be featured on a Season 6 episode. In the comments, Brian answered a follower’s query to indicate the season would begin in April, prompting a response of, “So Glad! Looking forward to it!! 😊” Another respondent stated, “I love this show I can’t wait for the return!!!! Spring can’t come soon enough!”
The duo will enter the season fresh off of the 100 Day Hotel Challenge, as Brian eked out a win over Mika following several weeks of challenges to renovate a pair of neighboring hotels, with assistance from a rotating cast of participants representing other HGTV programs.
