HGTV September 2025 Schedule Includes Some Fan Favorites
The HGTV September 2025 schedule promises shows that fans have been eager to see on their screens again. Plus, there’s one new show to look forward to!
A new season of “100 Day Dream Home” premieres Tuesday, September 16, at 8 p.m. ET/PT and is available to stream the next day on HBO Max and discovery+.
“Sin City Rehab,” a new series starring Alison Victoria, premieres Wednesday, September 17, at 9 p.m. ET/PT and is available to stream the next day on HBO Max and discovery+.
“Scariest House in America” returns on Friday, September 19, at 9 p.m. ET/PT and is available to stream the next day on HBO Max and discovery+.
A new season of “Help! I Wrecked My House” with Jasmine Roth, premieres Wednesday, September 24, at 8 p.m. ET/PT and is available to stream the next day on HBO Max and discovery+.
“Rehab Addict” kicked off a new season in the summer, but host Nicole Curtis decided to pause the release of new episodes until the fall to spend time with family.
“Fixer to Fabulous” is set to return to HGTV in the fall, per Jenny Marrs’ Instagram update during season 7 filming.
Coming Soon to HGTV in 2025 & 2026
“Hoarding for the Holidays” and “White House Christmas 2025 come to the network later this year and “Cheap A$$ Beach Houses” and “Tropic Like It’s Hot” are slated for 2026.
HGTV renewed “The Flip Off” for a second season. Starring Heather Rae and Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack, the home flipping competition series returns in 2026 for season 2.
“Love It Or List It” will also have a new season airing in 2026. “After attracting more than 14.4 million viewers to its last season, ‘Love It or List It’ will follow David and Page as they help fed up families with lackluster houses check off all the boxes on their dream home wish list, either through Page’s full-scale renovation of their current house or David finding them a new property on the market,” an August 21, 2025, HGTV press release notes.
“Renovation Aloha” returns in 2026, with the press release sharing, “Kamohai and Tristyn will continue to take their Hawaiian house flipping business to the next level.”
“Home Town” returns in early 2026 and a new spinoff later in the year, “Home Town: Inn This Together,” will keep Ben and Erin Napier busy. The release notes that the Napers “join forces with their family and friends Jim, Mallorie and Josh to restore the dilapidated 1930 Kress building in downtown Laurel. The trio believe the 25,000-square-foot space will be the perfect setting for a hotel, food venue and storefront, but they’ll need Ben and Erin’s magic touch to make their dream a reality.”
