Linda Phan & Drew Scott Opened up About Their Relationship During a 2020 Interview
Phan and Scott opened up about their relationship in a 2020 interview on Nick Viall’s podcast, “The Viall Files.” Phan described their relationship as “fun” and noted that it has “been the fastest decade ever.” Scott also shared that he had only been in one serious relationship before dating Phan. He explained he was too focused on his career to date.
In addition, Phan said she has no issue with her husband’s close dynamic with his twin brother and “Property Brothers” co-star, Jonathan Scott. She shared that she lived with the two brothers when she and Scott first began dating.
“For the first five years of our relationship, the three of us lived together on the road. So wherever we were filming ‘Property Brothers’, it was Drew, Jonathan, and me. And it was fun. We were used to him third-wheeling us,” said Phan on Viall’s podcast.
Phan also gave tips on how to have a successful long-term relationship. She said, “the most important thing is to share each other’s interests.” As an example, she said her husband “is obsessed with coins.” She said while she “will never be as obsessed with coins” as he is, she enjoys going to antique stores with him to find what he is looking for.
