HGTV has unveiled the design of its Dream Home 2025 in a December 3 press release. The Dream Home 2025 is just the latest installment in the network’s annual home giveaway sweepstakes series. This year’s 3,000 square feet, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is located in Bluffton, South Carolina.
With interior design by Brian Patrick Flynn, fans will soon be able to enter for a chance to win the newly-built and fully-furnished home, along with a brand new 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC, and a $100,000 cash prize from the sponsor Viva, along with a 5-year supply of Viva paper towels. The prize package is estimated to be worth over $2.2 million.
This year’s Dream Home is also a golf-lover’s dream, as it is located in the Berkeley Hall golf community, and comes with a golf simulator and golf cart.
How to Enter HGTV Dream Home 2025 Sweepstakes
“This home is the perfect blend of Lowcountry elegance and modern comfort,” Flynn said in the press release. ” With this year’s HGTV Dream Home, I wanted every detail to reflect the beauty of Bluffton while creating a space that feels inviting and luxurious.”
According to the network, the entry period for the Dream Home 2025 sweepstakes opens at 9 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 and closes at 5 p.m. Eastern on Friday, February 14, 2025. To enter, all fans need to do is enter their email at HGTV.com. Users are able to enter once-per-day from the network’s website, but they can double their chances by entering once-per-day on FoodNetwork.com as well.
Fans can view photos of the finished Dream Home now on the network’s website. The network will also be airing a one-hour special about the home on Monday, January 1, 2025 at 8 p.m. Eastern.
Brian Patrick Flynn Gives Inside Look at Dream Home 2025 Design Process
Weeks before it was officially unveiled, Flynn gave fans a look inside his process bringing the HGTV Dream Home 2025 to life in an October 30 Instagram post.
“Instead of just showing y’all the finished spaces, our photographer friend Emily spent a day with us candidly capturing the install process of HGTV Dream Home 2025 in Bluffton, SC. At Flynnteriors, design team members wear multiple hats and no task is too big or too small, and their opinions are all welcomed on a case by case basis; this ensures everyone has some creative ownership and investment of/in each space, mostly when as the designer, I’m on the fence and need a fresh set of eyes for a final layer of edits,” Flynn shared of his and his team’s process.
Flynn’s post showed him and his team measuring, cutting, and assembling different pieces to incorporate as the finishing touches in their Dream Home design.
