HGTV star Christina Haack filmed a humorous video about her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, with his wife Heather Rae El Moussa.
The skit, uploaded on January 20 on Tarek El Moussa’s Instagram account, showed Haack pretending she was Heather Rae El Moussa’s therapist. During the clip, Heather Rae El Moussa listed her issues with her husband, whom Haack divorced in 2018.
“He farts under the covers and he holds my head under,” said Heather Rae El Moussa while feigning seriousness.
When Heather Rae El Moussa asked Haack if her husband did something similar during their marriage, she replied, “Sometimes he would throw them at me.”
“He does that to me too,” said Heather Rae El Moussa gravely while Haack held back a laugh.
In addition, Heather Rae El Moussa said her husband can be moody.
“He yells at me and then everything’s fine two minutes later,” said Heather Rae El Moussa in the video.
A smiling Haack told her that she thinks she should stick it out with Tarek El Moussa as the “grass isn’t greener on the other side.” As fans are aware, Haack divorced her second ex-husband, Ant Anstead, in 2021. In addition, she is in the process of divorcing Josh Hall.
Haack also suggested Hall got a better version of Tarek El Moussa, as he is now a better dresser.
“I had the cargo shorts, stinky sandal version of him,” said Haack.
Tarek El Moussa eventually joined his wife and Haack for the video. When Heather Rae El Moussa said he was interrupting “a therapy session,” he replied, “You both need therapy trust me.” Haack also informed her ex-husband that she “told Heather to stick it out” in their relationship. The video concluded with Haack hugging Heather Rae El Moussa. Haack also told her ex-husband that he should “behave.”

Tarek El Moussa, Heather Rae El Moussa, and Christina Haack Spoke About Filming Their New Show
During a January 2025 joint interview with Us Weekly, Tarek El Moussa, Heather Rae El Moussa, and Haack spoke about filming “The Flip Off.” Heather Rae El Moussa said she was not concerned about filming with Haack. She said they both enjoy teasing Tarek El Moussa.
“We don’t fight. She picks on Tarek all the time, and then I jump in. But he takes it well!” said Heather Rae El Moussa to the publication.
Haack interjected, “Tarek loves to be teased.”
“When he’s in a bad mood, if you tease him, it lightens him up,” said Haack during the interview.
In a September 2024 interview with E! News, alongside his wife, Tarek El Moussa spoke about Heather Rae El Moussa’s dynamic with Haack. He said while his wife was his partner in the competition series, she would “team up” with Haack against him.
“I never imagined that happening. I thought it would be me and Heather against Christina. But it turns out, it’s always the girls against me,” said Tarek El Moussa during the interview.
Heather Rae El Moussa then shared that her husband is “an easy target” for her and Haack to pick on. She said, however, that he is a good sport about the teasing.
