Though a judge gave Christina Haack the go-ahead to proceed with selling her Tennessee farmhouse amid her ongoing divorce battle with Josh Hall, the HGTV star has yanked the property back off the market.
The luxury Nashville farmhouse, which Haack purchased for $2.5 million months before meeting Hall, has been a bargaining chip in their court battle since they both filed for divorce in July after nearly three years of marriage.
Christina Haack Was Ordered to Pay Josh Hall $150,000 From Home Sale
The removal of Haack’s home listing may be due to new court documents filed by Hall. Realtor.com first reported that Haack’s $4.5 million home listing was removed on February 11, 2025. However, Zillow’s records show that the listing was taken down on February 7.
A day earlier, on February 6, Hall’s legal team submitted a flurry of confidential court filings regarding his financial status. In one public document, he listed his profession as a real estate agent in Texas and Tennessee.
Haack initially listed the farmhouse, seen on two seasons of the now-defunct HGTV show “Christina in the Country,” in October 2024. But her ex quickly stepped in and asked the court to block her from selling the property. The court agreed to do so temporarily and Haack blasted Hall on social media, calling him a “gold digging little biatch.”
The six-bedroom, six-bath home went back on the market on December 3, according to the online listing. Weeks later, on January 17, Haack was ordered to pay a portion of the home’s proceeds to Hall, as first reported by the Daily Mail.
According to January court documents reviewed by EntertainmentNOW, Haack is free to proceed with the sale of the home and the 23 acres of land it sits on, but must give her third husband $150,000 from the sale of the house.
During an appearance on SiriusXM’s “The Jeff Lewis Show” on January 10, Haack told Lewis she has no desire to spend more time at the home and that after two seasons of conducting renovations in the area, she won’t be returning to film any more episodes of “Christina in the Country.”
Christina Haack & Josh Hall Have Both Moved On With New Relationships

Since their divorce filing in July, Hall has settled down in Tennessee and is dating local model Stephanie Gabrys. He confirmed their relationship in his Instagram Stories in mid-January, per People.
Meanwhile, Haack and her kids live in the home they once shared with Hall in Orange County, California, as agreed upon in a temporary court order issued in the fall. She is also in a new relationship, dating Network Connex CEO Christopher Larocca, whose company is based in Orange County.
Hall’s February 6 financial court filings came the day after Haack posted Instagram photos from a trip with Larocca and friends to Palm Beach, Florida, where they attended a fundraiser at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Resort.
Haack’s new HGTV show with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa, initially featured Hall as her husband and renovation partner until they split up. She is now flying solo on the series, which airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. Eastern time.
