Ben and Erin Napier shared some exciting “Home Town” news, and fans are beyond excited. The HGTV stars not only announced when a new season of their show will air, but they also shared details about a spinoff series with their friends called “Home Town: Inn This Together.”
Ben & Erin Napier Celebrate Exciting HGTV ‘Home Town’ News
On August 21, Erin took to Instagram to share her excitement over tackling a hotel project for their new HGTV series.
“NEW SHOW ALERT! ‘Inn This Together’: wherein our best friends are crazy enough to buy a long vacant cornerstone building in downtown Laurel and convert it into a boutique hotel, @theheirloom.us with @scotsmanusa US-made-only kitchen store on the first floor,” she explained in the caption. “We’ll help and y’all can watch in 2026 on @hgtv.”
She added, “Also, the NEW season of ‘Home Town’ is coming after Christmas this year! See y’all on the TV.”
“Alright, y’all. I have really, really exciting news to tell y’all,” she shared in a video. She went searching for her husband, saying, “Ben, we’re going to tell everybody our exciting news.”
She continued, “So, we found out today that new episodes of ‘Home Town’ are going to be airing after Christmas!”
Erin noted, “And then we also have more really exciting news, which is we made another show on the side.”
“What?!” Ben joked.
“We really did, Ben,” she said with a giggle.
“Who’s in it?” he asked.
“Our best friends, Jim and Mallory and Josh, who built a dang hotel, and we helped them,” Erin said.
She added, “And so, that’s coming soon. It’s called ‘Inn This Together.'”
Ben joked, “I wanted to call it ‘Inn It to Win It.'”
“Anyway, y’all watch. It’ll be out in 2026 and we’re all really excited about this.”
The video also included some behind-the-scenes looks at the new series.
Fans flooded the comments section to congratulate the couple and share in the excitement. “Anything you two are in is worth watching,” one fan wrote.

HGTV Shares Details of New ‘Home Town’ Spinoff Show
HGTV announced the new “Home Town” spinoff series in an August 21, 2025, press release.
“Ben and Erin Napier not only will return for a new season of hit series ‘Home Town’ in early 2026, but they’ll also star in a new spinoff ‘Home Town: Inn This Together’ (RTR Media) next year,” the release reads.
The press release explains, “The renovation experts, who have successfully revived many outdated homes and historical locations in their small town of Laurel, Mississippi, will now join forces with their family and friends Jim, Mallorie and Josh to restore the dilapidated 1930 Kress building in downtown Laurel.”
“The trio believe the 25,000-square-foot space will be the perfect setting for a hotel, food venue and storefront, but they’ll need Ben and Erin’s magic touch to make their dream a reality,” the release notes.
