“Every year may or may not be like this past year,” Hynes wrote, acknowledging how jam-packed his 2024 was with movies and appearances. “But if it is, that’s just fine by me.”
“Thanks for making this ride what it is,” Hynes continued in his caption of a behind-the-scenes video from the Hallmark Christmas Experience he attended in December. “Here’s to more. Here’s to you. 🥃 Happy to be back 🙂 The silence has been golden, but forever grateful for the noise 🙏🏻🤍”
Tyler Hynes Posts Cute Video of Him Taking a Catnap Backstage at Hallmark Event
The video Hynes shared in his post, taken by friend and Hallmark director Ryan M. Murphy, showed the actor taking a catnap backstage as fellow Hallmark star Nikki DeLoach introduced him to the crowd.
“He’s got a couple of movies that, you know, were moderately successful,” DeLoach joked, “including ‘Unexpected Christmas,’ the recent ‘Groomsmen’ trilogy, ‘Time for Him to Come Home for Christmas,’ and this holiday season, he stars in ‘Three Wiser Men and a Boy’ and of course ‘Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story.'”
As the crowd’s applause grew in excitement, Hynes rose from the couch where he had been slumped over backstage, adjusted his cap, and walked out onstage, smiling and waving to the audience.
In the comment section of his post, Hynes wrote, “You were missed 🤍” — a sentiment echoed back to him by many fans.
“Quiet times are needed but you have definitely been missed,” one fan wrote. “Lovely to have you back. Cheers to 2025 and wherever this ride will go. 🥂🥰”
Another told Hynes “the way you got up from that nap was pretty impressive. I would have fallen over and been in a daze. Lolol. You are a riot and so good at everything. ♥️😂👏”
