Hallmark alum Kimberly Williams-Paisley shared a sweet note with fans in a new Instagram post. The “Sister Swap” star and her husband, country crooner Brad Paisley, have navigated their first-ever college drop-off experience. As Williams-Paisley faces her son Huck being away from home for college, she revisited a sweet note he had written her years ago.
Kimberly Williams-Paisley’s Son Made Her Promise to Visit Him
On August 18, Williams-Paisley posted a photo on her Instagram page that she took of a note her son wrote for her when he was young. In the caption she wrote, “I promes I promes I promes.” She also added several emojis that suggested she was relying on strength while crying or holding back tears.
The note read, “com visit me in calij,” and the date on the note revealed it was written on September 22, 2014. The note was signed “Love Huck,” and under that he added, “You Promes.”
Huck, who would have been 7 years old at the time, wrote the note as best he could, asking his mom to promise she would visit him when he was in college. Now, Williams-Paisley plans to keep that promise.
She added several hashtags to the bottom of her post caption, including one about college drop off.
Williams-Paisley didn’t include any photos of the college drop off experience. However, fans of Williams-Paisley and Paisley know they rarely share photos of their sons on social media.
