It’s been more than two decades since Ross (Played by David Schwimmer) and Rachel (played by Jennifer Aniston) welcomed baby Emma on “Friends“. The little scene-stealer is officially all grown up. Well, both of them are in the role of Emma, which the twins shared.

Twin sisters Athena and Alexandra Conley, who shared the role of Emma Geller-Green in the final seasons of the hit sitcom, are now 23 and fresh college grads.
While most fans remember Emma as the adorable newborn that brought Ross and Rachel back together (temporarily, of course).
The women behind the role are stepping into the spotlight with a rare life update — and fans can’t get enough.

Athena and Alexandra Conley are now 23 years old and have just graduated from California Polytechnic State University, according to their LinkedIn profiles.
In a July 1 interview with People, the sisters opened up about their brief time on the legendary sitcom — and how they didn’t quite realize the cultural weight of it until years later.
Growing Up As ‘Friend’s Alum: Alexandra Reflects on Realizing Her Fame
“It’s actually crazy because growing up, I always just knew I was on Friends, but I didn’t really know what that meant,” Alexandra told People. “It didn’t hit me until middle school or even early high school how big that was.”
Since then, Alexandra has become a true fan of the show. “Now I’m obsessed with Friends. It’s one of my favorite shows ever. Watching it now and seeing ourselves, I’m like, ‘This is crazy.’”
TikTok Shoutout and Behind-the-Scenes Memories
Athena recently joined the TikTok fun by referencing their time on the show in a viral “Holly Airball” trend video.
The moment included a screengrab of baby Emma on screen with Ross and Rachel, captioned: “Favorite fun fact.”

Baby Emma first appeared at the end of season 8 and remained on the show through season 9.
But as Alexandra revealed, “Funny story, actually: they ended up replacing us because I did cry too much.” Athena added, “They couldn’t use just one baby the whole time due to child labor laws.”
Behind the Scenes: The Cast Made Filming Feel Like a Real ‘Friends’ Episode
The twins may not remember filming, but their mom does — and she has only glowing and happy memories. “She said all of the cast members were so nice and hilarious, cracking jokes the whole time,” Athena recalled.
“She felt like she was watching the show even when filming wasn’t taking place.” Reflecting on the show’s legacy, Athena shared what makes it so timeless. “The show continues to resonate,” she said. “The characters are all so relatable, and I think that makes the audience feel like they’re part of the group, which is really special.”
From baby bottles to graduation caps, the Friends twins have indeed come a long way. While their cameo was brief, the cultural impact was unforgettable, and seeing them all grown up just reminds us why Friends still holds a special place in the hearts of many.
