PHOTOS: Jennifer Aniston Shares Glimpse of Her Home Life With Fans

Jennifer Aniston gave fans a sneak peek into her home life on Monday with a carousel of pics posted on Instagram. The photos feature Aniston lounging with her beloved pups, hanging with her pal Sean Hayes, and cozied up to her longtime bff, “Friends” co-star Courteney Cox.

The candid photos also showed the actor barefoot, in loungewear, and with her glasses on, relaxing in various comfy spots around her home. Aniston’s post was capped off with a beautiful photo of a sunset over the ocean.

“Happy Monday,” Aniston captioned the post, adding emojis of a hand waving, paw prints, a heart, and girls with bunny ears.

Aniston’s ‘Perfect’ Day Off

Aniston recently shared with People her idea of the perfect day off. “It looks like a blank schedule — there’s not one thing on it,” explained the star of “The Morning Show.” “That’s a perfect day, and then can I figure out what that day looks like as it goes.”

Naturally, Aniston’s three dogs, Lord Chesterfield, Sophie and Clyde, are a big part of the actor’s downtime as well. “That’s a given,” Aniston said, adding, “The dogs are everything. They’re living, breathing, pure, good love. It’s literally having love bombs just sitting on either side of you.”

Aniston is Creating a Work-Life Balance

Since her time as Rachel Green on the long-running sitcom “Friends,” Aniston’s career hasn’t stopped. She has appeared in many films and currently stars in “The Morning Show.” She also has various business ventures, including a partnership with Smartwater and her own haircare brand LolaVie.

While work takes up a lot of her time, Aniston is focused on creating more of a balance. “I’m a bit of a workaholic,” she admitted to People. “So I’m forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work.”

Aniston shared that she’s been taking steps to create more space for fun in her life, including limiting her emails and texts. “I’m trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it’s like, ‘I’m away forever,” she joked. “But call me in December, I’ll be back.’”

Even if Aniston has a hard time putting her professional responsibilities on the back burner, she does understand the importance of doing so. “Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you’re just working so much that you don’t have any wonderful life experiences,” she explained.
